*When we get to the restaurant we walk in and go to the table. Before we sit I run my across the room and my eyes widen as they land upon Ashton who is here with the kids. "Mummy" I hear Sophia yell and Ashton turns and I swear I never felt so embarrassed or shameful in my life.*

I look over at Ashton with widen eyes "what are you guys doing here?" I say picking up Sophia hugging her. Ashton looks pissed but more hurt than anything "I decided to take them out to some place fancy but I had no idea you'd show up but more than that with him" he glances at him before looking back at me. "Look I had idea you'd be here but can we talk privately" I ask Ashton before turning to Blake "if that's ok with you" and he nods. "Bella, Dylan watch Sophia" Ashton says pulling me outside.

When we get outside I turn to him "look I didn't plan on going out tonight" I tell him "you don't have to explain it to me. We aren't together remember" he says rather harshly. "I get it your mad" I start before he interrupts me "I'm not mad Jessica I'm hurt. I'm hurt because you'd rather spending time with him than your family" "it's not like that Ashton and you know it" I yell.

"Well that's what it looks like from here" he says turning away. when he does, at the far end of the parking I see a guy standing there watching "umm ash who's that" I say nodding towards the person. Just as a car drives passed with his lights on I see that it's Nick and I let out a scream causing him to run. I watch in horror as Ashton chases him down the street. Still shaking I scream for Ashton to come back and that's when Blake and the kids come running out.

"Jessica what's going on" Blake asks as he pulls me close noticing my shaken state "my psycho ex Nick. He was in jail for trying to kill my son Ryan. Ashton chased him away" I say crying into his shoulder. As I do I hear Ashton running up. I pull away to look at him but all I can see is betrayal. "Kids let's go" he says picking up Sophia walking away as the twins follow.

I watch as they leave and I turn to Blake "I'm sorry but I'm not up to this night anymore" I tell him hoping he understands. He nods "I understand" he tells me and he takes me home.
