CHAPTER 14:

We break apart "I feel stupid for thinking it was Blake's" I tell him burying my face in his neck " it's ok" he tries to reassure me "but it's not now I have to tell him that it's not his" I tell him. "Just explain it all happened before our breakup" he says and I nod. We get in the car and head home. As we pull in I get a call from my manager telling me I need to be at the studio to record. "I have to go" I tell him "where" he asks "the studio. They want me to release a song I wrote awhile ago" he looks off and thinks "we all will come" he says "you sure" he nods and runs in and grab the kids.

We head the studio and I'm rushed in booth "take one on sirens" the studio guy says and I put the headphones on and the mic. I look out the window and see my little family and they wave causing me to smile. I take a deep breath and sing.

When it's over and done with my take my headphones off and ask the "how was that" "amazing lets do it one more time then you can leave" I nod and song again. When I'm done walk out to Ashton and the kids "when should we tell them" he whispers in my ear causing me to shrug "now" he nods. "Ok kids your mum had an appointment today" Ashton starts but gets interrupted "are you ok" Bella asks causing me to laugh. "I am fine I'm just going to be having another baby" I say and the kids are surprisingly happy "it's dads right" and I nod. "a boy or girl" Dylan asks " a boy" I tell him smiling. The fact they are happy makes it even better. We walk out, me and Ashton hand in hand and me not paying attention runs into Blake.

"Hey I'm glad I ran into you" I tell him and he looks at me confused "you are"he asks and I nod "it's about the baby" I say. "Oh" he says an I turn to Ashton and whisper in his ear "I'm gonna tell him" he nods an kisses my cheek and walks out. "So about the baby" he says and I take a deep breath "it's actually Ashton's" I tell him and I watch as a frown happens on his face "are you sure" I nod "I'm three months" he sighs "I can't say I'm not disappointed but I understand. "Can we at least we be friends" he asks me sticking his hand out, I laugh an shake it "yes" I let go and walk off towards Ashton. "How'd he take" he asks "surprisingly well" I say and get in the car and we drive home.
