Being the first one to break the tension she got down to julian's level.
"Love, mommy and daddy need to talk about grown up things. Can you go play for a little bit with dot in the other room while mommy and daddy talk."
Disappointed julian hoped he could play with his father since he missed him so much. But he was never one to disobey his mom.
"Ok mommy," julian said going into the other room with dot waiting for him.
"We are going to have to tell him eventually, I mean the bloody press are out there what do you think he thinks" john said.
"He is 5 john he doesnt understand whats going on" cyn remarked annoyed.
"Look what are you doing here." She asked.
What am i doing here john asked annoyed. I want to get this settled, im home cyn where else would i bloody be john said.
"No i mean what are you doing in my house, I specifically let les know that you shouldn't be here anymore. " Cyn said.
"What?" John asked.
And then john realized that is what les was trying to tell him in the car.
"I thought you would have been with yoko by now" she remarked.
"She is in paris john said, I cant be with her even if i wanted." John said sitting down on the couch.
Cyn just stood with her arms crossed "well, i think you should leave," she said.
"Where cyn, do you not see the bloody crowd outside our door? Was it your lawyer that announced it?" He said.
"He didn't specifically say anything, they saw him walking out of the court where they saw me walk into and assumed he was my lawyer. And he had the unfortunate mistake of saying i won't comment on anything about the lennons. You know how reporters are they jump to conclusions." Cyn said.
"And look none of that matters anymore, this is what we want now the whole world just knows, makes it easier instead of telling all of friends and family face to face" she said.
"I really dont want you here anymore john." Cyn said.
John looked at her amazed cyn had never been this stern before, she always usually forgave him for everything.
"Seriously?" John said.
"Seriously" she said looking at him.
"Fine I guess i can go to pete shottons," since paul and george are still in india. He said.
"Do what you want she said. You are going to be here when i tell you to be here, the next couple of days are just going to be filled with lawyers and more lawyers. We need to get this settled soon so we can get on with our lives" she said.
"What if i want to see my son cyn john said you can't just keep me away now that he knows im here" he said.
"Why you don't see him anyway even when you did live here she said. I want to keep things as normal as possible and you not being here is part of that." Cyn said.
John just looked at her that comment actually hurt, he knew he wasn't perfect but he didnt know thats how cyn really felt.
"Love lunch is ready dot set the table" lilian said coming in, she didn't want to interrupt her daughter and son in laws argument but she had to.
"Thanks mum, ill be there soon go ahead and have julian start eating." Cyn said.
"Hello john," lilian said.
"Lil", hi john said rather embarrassed he didn't know his mother and law was there.
Lilian left giving him a small smile.
"I have to feed my son so go ahead and step out i'll tell him his father had to go." Cyn said.
John stood there stunned, and decided not to fight her on this, feeling rather hurt john made his way to the car to have les take him to petes house.
Trying to get through the crowd he felt worse than ever.
As john shut the door cyn finally sat on the couch abruptly and took a deep breath feeling good and yet stressed, for what was to come.
