Sam drove them to Triskelion. Steve was in the passenger seat and Natasha, Y/N, and Sitwell (in that order) were in the backseat.
"HYDRA doesn't like leaks," Sitwell said.
"So why don't you try sticking a cork in it?" Sam suggested harshly.
"Insight's launching in sixteen hours, we're cutting it a little bit close here," Natasha pointed out.
"I know. We'll use him to bypass the DNA scans and access the Helicarriers directly," Steve said.
"Totally with you on that, bro," Y/N agreed.
"What?! Are you crazy? That is a terrible, terrible idea," Sitwell pointed out.
Next thing they knew, they felt someone land on the roof of the car, pulled Sitwell out through the window, and threw him into the oncoming traffic, which killed him. They realized it was the Winter Soldier.
Then he started shooting at them. To avoid it, Natasha jumped into Steve's lap while Y/N used her shield to block the bullets while laying across the seat. Then Steve pulled the break handle, which made the Winter Soldier jolt forward and land in front of them. Then another car smashed into their car and pushed them. The Winter Soldier jumped back onto the car, punched through the windshield, and pulled the steering wheel off.
"Shit!" Sam shouted.
Natasha shot through the roof at him, but the Winter Soldier jumped onto the vehicle behind them.
"Steve! What do we do?!" Y/N asked.
Steve grabbed the door, getting an idea.
"Y/N, get in the front with Sam and grab the door!" Steve said.
She obeyed, getting the idea.
"Hang on!" Steve shouted.
Steve held onto Natasha while Y/N held onto Sam then they pushed on the doors. They slid on the car door through the streets until they came to a stop.
The Winter Soldier and HYDRA agents got off/out of the car and started shooting at them. Steve, Natasha, Y/N, and Sam separated and ran off in different directions. But then Natasha and Y/N went in the same direction with the Winter Soldier shooting at them. But Natasha managed to shoot him in his eye goggle mask and ran off.
The Winter Soldier took off his goggles off and told the Hydra agents, "Я позабочусь о них. Найти его."

He made his way to Natasha and Y/N as the Hydra agents went after Steve and Sam. The men managed to fend them off as they all shot at each other. Once Steve made to the ground, he then saw the Winter Soldier going after Natasha and his sister.
"Go! I got this!" Sam called from up top.
Steve nodded then ran after the Winter Soldier.
Y/N and Natasha hid behind a car then Natasha started setting up her phone.
"What are you doing?" Y/N asked.
"You'll see," Natasha told her.
Once done, they hid behind a different car.
The Winter Soldier thought he found the women hiding behind the car they were just behind, hearing Natasha's voice.
"I make an LZ, twenty-three hundred block of Virginia Avenue. Rendezvous two minutes. Taking fire above and below expressway. Civilians threatened. Repeat, civilians threatened," Natasha informed.
He rolled a bomb towards where he thought they were hiding. Once the bomb made it to the other side, it was actually a phone playing a message.
"I make an LZ, twenty-three hundred block at Virginia Avenue. Rendezvous two minutes," her voice played.
The bomb exploded then Natasha and Y/N jumped out of their hiding place and attacked. They fought him off, trying to kill him. But they were thrown then they ran with the Winter Soldier right behind them.
"Get out of the way!" Natasha yelled to civilians as they ran.
"Stay out of the way!" Y/N did the same.
Then Natasha was shot in the shoulder. She fell until Y/N caught her, helped her lean against a car, then they looked around. They saw the Winter Soldier about to kill them until Steve jumped in and attacked him. Y/N took that opportunity to see what she could do to help Natasha with her gunshot.
"Natasha, what do I do?" Y/N asked.
"Go help Steve. I'll be fine," Natasha told her.
"Are you sure?" Y/N wondered.
"Yeah. Go," Natasha answered.
Y/N nodded then went to join her brother. They fought him off as best as they could. In the process, the Winter Soldier took both of their shields and threw them at the siblings. But luckily, Steve and Y/N avoided being hit. After fighting him, the Winter Soldier's mask came off. He only looked at Steve, only for the siblings to see who the Winter Soldier actually was: Bucky Barnes.
Both Steve and Y/N were beyond shocked at this. Y/N started to cry a little at the sight of who the enemy she just tried to kill was.
"Bucky?" Steve questioned.
"Who the hell is Bucky?" Bucky asked.
He looked at Y/N and his eyes went wide. He didn't even get a good look at her until that moment.
"You," he whispered, but it was still heard.
The siblings heard this and were confused. Then Bucky shook his head and prepared to shoot at Steve. But Sam flew in and kicked Bucky aside. Bucky took aim again but Natasha beat him to it by firing the grenade launcher at him. He vanished in the smoke of the explosion, then sirens were heard and Rumlow with Hydra agents appeared.
"Drop the shields! On your knees! Get on your knees! Now! Get down! Get down! Get on your knees! Down!" Rumlow commanded as they all aimed their weapons at the Americas.
Steve and Y/N put their shields down and put their hands in the air. Rumlow kicked a leg from both of them and they knelt down.
"Don't move," Rumlow commanded.
Rollins had Steve at gunpoint as a helicopter was above. Y/N glared at him, but that didn't phase him. Rumlow noticed all of it as he put cuffs on Steve.
"Put the gun down. Not here. Not here!" Rumlow told Rollins.
Rollins lowered his gun. The Hydra agents then took all four of them into custody. But all Steve and Y/N thought about was how this whole time Bucky was the Winter Soldier.
