"Lucas wake up!".He groaned and buried his face in the pillow."Lucas! Dad didn't gave you a day off so you could sleep all day".Roseanne snatched the cover off him."Get up!".
"What is your problem?".He sat up snapped at her."My problem is that you won't wake up.Tomorrow is your engagement and you haven't bought any clothes".She crossed her arms over chest.
"Its so early".A sigh escaped his mouth."Come on wash up.I will be waiting downstairs for you and don't you dare sleep again".She warned and opened his door,disappearing out of sight.
He groggily made his way towards the toilet."This feels so weird".Lucas never imagined he will be getting married so soon.He still can't believe it.When his sister was married,he knew he would be next but not so soon.
He got ready in ten minutes and made his way downstairs where he found Roseanne sitting on the couch enjoying a cup of coffee."That was quick".She remarked.
"Weren't you the one who told me to get ready quick?".He retorted."Yeah but since when did you start listening to me?".She gave him a shocked look.
"Can we just go?".He changed the subject."Sure".She smirked at him and got up motioning him to follow.

"Nuh uh".Roseanne shook her head."Try this one on".She took the maroon suit from Lucas and handed him a dark blue one which had faint white stripes on the coat.Lucas glared at her while taking it.
"It this fine?".He asked bored."Perfect! You look handsome".She bleamed at her brother and hugging him in the process."I'll take it to the cashier".She told him at whuch he nodded."I am going to sit in the car".
"Do you want to go somewhere else?".Roseanne asked as she slipped in the car.Lucas shrugged but then raised an eyebrow at her."What is Sebastian doing?Did he agree you to come with me?".
Lucas knew how her husband was so overprotective of her.Well it was her fault for getting in a car accident since then he had ordered her to never leave without him.
"I didn't tell him".She shrugged."Great! Now he is going to kill my phone with calls".Lucas shifted to look outside the window."Just ignore him if he does.I'll talk to him later".She gestured the driver to go.
"I have been wanting ask you.What do you think about Melanie?".
"Melanie who?".He asked confused then realisation hit him."Right...my soon to be Fiancee".He rolled his eyes.
"So what do you think about her?What does she like?".
"We didn't talk much so I can't really say".He replied.
Roseanne shook her head at her brother.Tomorrow they were going to be engaged and he doesn't even know anything about her.

"Here let me help".Melanie carefully sat down and started swiping the milk her baby cousin threw.
"Thanks honey".Samantha patted her back.She was her Uncle's wife and also like her mother.She never made Melanie feel that she was an outsider.She treated her children and Melanie equally.
Her Uncle had four children.Nick was the oldest who is currently abroad for his further studies.Then comes Lizzy who is still in High school.She and Melanie never got along.
Lizzy always offended Melanie in any way possible but Melanie ignored it all for her Uncle's sake.Lastly they have twins,Jake and Austin.They are both four years old.
Melanie was really grateful towards the family."After this can you tell Lizzy that dinner is ready?I will go set the table".Melanie nodded.
She arrived infront of Lizzy's room."You can do this".She hesitantly knocked her door.She heard noises from inside and then it opened,revealing a girl with brown hair which were in a high ponytail and was wearing a denim jumper.
"What do you want?".She sneered at her."The dinner is ready.Samantha to-".Before she could finish the door slammed shut in her face.Melanie sighed and limpered her way to the table.
