The stores door bell rung, Josh sighed. The whole town was whispering, he ignored them per usual. His mother had sent him to grab some coffee grounds. Walking down the aisle he froze, unable to move.El turned to him, almost instantly she put down the item she held in her hand and walked away. Josh called out her name, she groaned, annoyed.
El turned around slowly, snapping her fingers she grabbed a different item and started to walk away again. Josh turned around, slipping suddenly he slammed onto the floor. Feeling as if an elephant was sitting on him he laid there, gasping for breath.
As he looked up his eyes met with hers, she smiled. Hearing a chuckle he smiled back at her.
"You're really stupid, there's a wet floor sign next to you." She crouched down before sitting on the floor. "Not to mention that you're an asshole."
"I know."
