Bad News?

"What kind of bad news?" I asked as I sat up in my chair.

"Honey, we might be going to war soon with the Lunar Claw pack. But there is some good news to this." My mother said and nodded to my father to continue on.

"The Alpha Blake of the Shadow Moon Pack will be coming here in two days, with some of his best warriors to help train with us for the upcoming war. But in return of their aid, I will be needing to send some warriors in return. My Beta and Gamma know what their plans are.  And this is where you two come in. Jake, I need you to prepare the pack for the new arrivals from Alpha Mason's pack. Melania I need you to divide the warriors into two groups: Ones that need training and the others that are good with training.  I also need you to scout the border for any complications when Alpha Blake and his warriors arrive. I want you guys to drop everything and do as I say, I want this to go as smoothly as possible." My father said.

"But Da-" Jake started to protest.

"I said everything Jacob" My dad growled out at him.

Jake nodded his head. My dad mumbled "you are dismissed" and turned back to his papers. My mom gave us all a hug before walking out. My dads Beta, Pablo, held the door for us as we exited. Jake and I went our separate ways to fulfill my dads command. I walked out of the pack house and made my way to the training grounds where the most of the warriors. I shifted under the cover of the trees and ran. As I neared the training grounds, the overwhelming of smell of sweat and blood filled my nose. I shifted back into my human form and took a deep breath savoring the smell. I know I might be weird but I can't help it, it's in my nature to be. A smile broke out onto my face as I broke through the tree line to see the majority of the warriors fighting. I quickly scanned the grounds to see who was missing. It wasn't a lot of warriors, but it was still a big handful that wasn't there. My smile faltered a little bit before I opened my mind link to the whole pack.

"All warrior's report to the training grounds immediately. Anyone one who is late will have to deal with me."

My voice rang through the mindlink before I saw some wolves emerge from the tree line. I began walking toward the center of the field and all eyes snapped towards me. I stood in the center and scanned the crowd of male and females around me. Yes, I know females don't usually fight but I fought for them to be. If I am a female and I am allowed to fight, they should too. Alpha blood or not, I taught most of them.

"Line up" I spoke before quickly mind linking my dad.

"How much can I tell them." I asked.

"That's for you to decide." My dads voice rang in my head before he cut off the link.

I sighed before looking each and everyone of the warriors, my warriors, in the eye.

Lets begin.
