Chapter Eleven

Let the fun begin.

Blake led me through the house and up a flight of stairs. He stopped at a door and opened it. He motioned me in.

"This is your room. Mine is down the hall on the right so don't go in there." He said and walked out. 

I stood in the room looking around when my door opened. A girl about my height stared at me with my bags in her hands. She sat them next to the bed and stood in front of me. She looked alot like Blake but she didn't have his blonde hair. She had long black curly hair with blue eyes. She had a light freckles scattering her cheeks with a natural rosy blush. We stared at each other for a minute and I started to get fidgety. A big smile broke out on her face as she stuck her hand out.

"I'm Esme, Blake's sister. I'm guessing you are Blake's mate, if I'm correct." She said. I took her hand and gave it a gentle shake and drew back.

"Melanie Coopers and yeah I'm his mate." I said. Her eyes grew huge.

"Melanie Coopers? From the Crescent Moon Pack? Alpha Jacob Coopers daughter?" She asked. A small laugh escaped me as I nodded. She squealed and took me in a big huge. 

"You're crushing me."I squeezed out. She jumped back and smiled.

"Sorry Melanie. Let's go to the game room we can talk there. I wanna get to know my brothers mate." She said and pulled me down the hallway, down the stairs and into the back part of the house. She pulled me into a large room filled with games. Name any console and I bet that it is here. My eyes landed on the XBox One X and a smile grew on my face. I ran over and hopped on the couch. Esme laughed and turned on the Xbox and TV. She grabbed two controllers and handed one to me. She put in Call of Duty and we began playing. Every round I kept beating her. 

"Come on Melanie! You need to be beaten." She whined and jumped up. " I know who can beat you!" Her eyes glazed over quickly before she sat down and smiled at me. 

"And who may that be?" I asked as I glanced over at her before gluing back on the TV. 

"Do you know Xavier and Arrow?" She asked.

"You mean the Beta and Gemma." I say.

"Yes, those two. They have this ongoing rivalry that they can't be beat and they can beat anyone that crosses their paths." She said as two guys walk into the room with huge grins on their faces. I noticed Xavier as I saw him at my pack. He was well built with brown hair and green eyes. The other guy, who I assume is Arrow, is well built, black hair and brown eyes. 

"Hello Melanie, ready to get your ass kicked?" Xavier said as he sat next to me. 

"Please Xavier, you guys are going to get your assess whooped." I said as I continued to play the game. They watched as I finished the game and got a victory. They grabbed controllers and we began to play against each other. 

It took about 20 minutes for them to admit that a girl beat  them twice. I was laughing so hard that I fell of the couch. They looked like babies that threw a fit because they didn't get their way. 

"Owww." I said as I sat up and began laughing again at me for falling. Everyone was laughing until they stopped. I felt his presence behind me and I grew stiff. I turned around and Blake was standing above me, glaring at Xavier and Arrow. 

Well isn't he a party pooper.
