Lets begin.

"Listen up everyone. The possibility of war is right around the corner. The next three days, training will be harder, and longer. In two days time, Alpha Blake from the Shadow Moon pack will be arriving with some of his warriors. I expect good behavior. Some of you will leave, in place of his warriors staying. I will be watching each and everyone very closely to decide who will be staying and who will be leaving. Since there is a possibility of war, border patrol will be doubled. If you have any questions, feel free to come up and ask me. Thomas, you will be observing them while I finish somethings. Training starts at dawn and ends at dusk until I say otherwise. Those who have school, may miss or if they want, can go during the day until noon. Those who miss are responsible for completing their work. You may now continue training, thank you."

As I spoke, some eyes grew wider at the mention of Alpha Blake, and others nodded their heads at me. My eyes looked at Thomas who was standing on the side. He nodded his head at me and I returned it. I grew up with Thomas. He is the only male I can trust besides my family. Thomas and I trained together too. He was even able to beat me a few times too. Thomas is the strongest warrior that I know in the pack.

Alpha Blake is an neighboring Alpha. He is not the most feared nor the most powerful but rumors say he is cold-hearted. Some say his pack members are treated like shit. Others say he murdered his own family for the position as Alpha.

Everyone began going into different stations and began training. I sighed as I began walking toward the woods that headed to the guard stations on the west side of the border. I shifted into my wolf and ran to the Western border guard station. I shifted back into my human form and knocked on the door. A buzzing sound was heard and the door clicked open. I walked in and saw Jerry sitting at the desk, and I walked up to him. His brown shaggy hair looked up at me and his silver eyes stared at me. He gave me a nod and leaned back into his chair. I stood in front of his desk and look over the papers scattered around his desk. Most of them reports from the other guard stations. Jerry was first a new warrior two years back. He was never good with fighting, but he was good with keeping up with defence. I had him work with Gemma Jack, who was in charge of the patrols. Now Jerry is head of the border patrol.

"I need the borders to be doubled." I told Jerry. He nodded and wrote 'Double Border'  On a sticky note.

"What shifts do you want to be doubled?" he asked me.

"As many as you can, mostly the night shifts."  I told him.

Jerry nodded and wrote '-All patrols'  under 'Double Border' . I waved bye to Jerry and headed out of the door. I shifted into my wolf and trotted toward the pack house. I took my time, relishing the warm breeze that ruffled my fur. As I neared the pack house, I walked up to the back door and shifted back into my human form. The smell of food cooking filled my nose and I ran the rest of the way to the house. I opened up the door and silently walked into the kitchen, where the cooks were making food. I looked over what was being prepared, and my eyes zoned in on the bacon. My mouth began watering as I stared at the best thing in the world.

Food.
