"Yata, I made breakfast."
"I'm not really that hungry."
"You've been saying that for days now. You only eat junk."
"So what? You're not my mom."
I sighed, "Yeah, you're right. I'm sorry." Turning, I carried the tray back upstairs and wrapped everything up for the fridge, hoping maybe he'd come up and eat it later.
When I walked back out to the main room, I was shocked to see Kusangi with a suit case in his hand.
"Kusangi-san?" I said hesitantly, tilting my head at him.
He turned to reveal Rikio, who I could tell was losing weight, and it had only been a week since Mikoto's death and everyone left.
"Ah, Yuri." He smiled sadly to me, his sun glasses hid his no doubt red eyes. I knew he hadn't been sleeping, he hadn't moved from a chair at the bar for the whole week, siting in front of his laptop the whole time.
I narrowed my eyes and placed my hand on the bar counter, I was in the place Kusangi should be.
"I'm leaving, on a trip."
I froze, "L-leaving?" I repeated, "But what about your bar?"
"Im hoping that you'll take care of it while I'm gone."
My shoulders slumped. Of course I would take care of it... But, he couldn't just leave like that, could he?
"How long are you gonna be away?" I decided to ask, not looking at him.
"It may be a really long time... But trust me, Yuri, I will come back."
"What does really long time mean?" I whined, slamming my hands on the counter.
"I'm going to be late if I don't leave now. Goodbye."
"Goodbye, Kusangi-san." Rikio replied bluntly.
"Wha- Kusangi?! What about Yata- he'll be devistated!"
"Tell him to get his ass out of bed and at least get some sun!" Kusangi yelled back before the door shut behind him.
My eyes widened and I clenched my teeth, grabbing the closest thing I screamed as I pitched it at the door.
The class hit the wall and Rikio looked at me with wide eyes.
"Calm down, Yuri! I know it sucks, but Kusangi can make his own choices."
"What the hells going on up here?" Yata began, turning to look at me as I started to cry. He furrowed his eye brows as I glanced at him,
"Where-"
"Kusangi-san took his selfish ass and left." I forced out, voice shaking, "He left."
