I jumped slightly, eyes widening as Yata threw his glass off the bar table and let it smash over the ground. Well, I guess it wasn't entirely surprising with the news he just heard.
"Can anyone explain what the hell that idiots thinking?!"
"Misaki..." I whispered, watching him as he fisted his hands tight.
"Just calm down, Yata." Izumo began, probably doing his best to ignore the fact he now had a major mess to clean up.
Of course, even a month later Saruhiko hadn't shown back up to the blues. And instead, as we had just been informed, Izumo witnessed first hand how Fushimi had been working all this time to move up the ranks in JUNGLE. He was apparently upped to J rank last night when he ruined Seri's and his mission.
"First that asshole betrays us, and now he betrays the blues?! And for what?! What the hell is the point of all this?"
I slumped back in my seat, letting Yata be angry. He had every right to be, after all.
Was Saruhiko power hungry, is that why? Or does he have some kind of ulterior motive that no one knows except for him? Actually, Izumo did say that Munakata hasn't had much to say about what happened. Does he know why?
"Why would he go this far?"
I reached forward, placing my hand over Misaki's fist. He jumped slightly, looking at our hands before slowly he relaxed. I couldn't imagine the pain he felt - Saruhiko was his best and only friend who all of a sudden up and left without a decent explanation. Then again, maybe I did understand a little bit... but there was obviously a hatred he harboured.
Unlike me, who's moved on, he still wants to understand Saruhiko.
"Alright, now that you've calmed down, clean that goddamn mess up." Izumo hissed.
"O-oh- shit- right, sorry..."

"Munakata."
"Yuri! What a pleasure to see you. We haven't had the time to speak face to face privatley for a while now."
"Cut the crap." I growled, shoving my hands in my pockets, "You already know what I'm here for, don't you?"
"My my..." He sighed, "I figured that after you left, you wanted nothing more to do with us. Could it be that you're worried?"
"Is it a crime to be?" I asked sarcastically, "Just tell me the truth already. You've always been one step ahead. What exactly is Saruhiko planning to pull, going under with the Greens?"
A sickening smile spread across his face, one I could never get used to - an uneasy feeling surrounded me and I felt the need to run away.
He didn't reply.
