Chapter 7 - Wake up

Just a quick note guys I've never written in Dimitri point of view, this is my first time. Please let me know what you think and if you want more from his point of view.

Now without further ado here is the next chapter.

Dimitri POV

I reached her just in time to catch her, before she hit the concrete floor.

" Roza, Roza, my Roza wake up." I  shook her lightly but she didn't move.

I looked over her body and realised a pool of blood, near her abdomen. I took the pin Lissa had given us, and placed it over her injury. It began to heal. But it wasn't enough.

I quickly grabbed Rose's limp body, and ran as fast as I could back to court. I knew taking the knife would be dangerous so I left it to the doctors. I had yo be fast, I had to get her to the hospital or she would......

NO! I shouted at myself in my head.

I couldn't and wouldn't think like this. Rose will be ok, she has ti be ok.

I got back to court in only ten minutes. I was informed that all stragoi had been eliminated, and.only two guardians has been injured.

Court was once again safe.

I made my way to the emergency room.

"What's wrong?" Asked the nurse.

"She was injured with a knife, the pin with spirit healed her but she won't wake up."

I said, as I laid Rose on the hospital bed. Soon Lissa and Christian appeared behind us.

" How is she? " asked Lissa worry all over her face and voice.

" I don't know Lissa. She's with the doctors. She lost a lot of blood, she's unconscious Its all my fault, I should've...." I trailed off as the doctor walked back into the room.

"Her vitals look, but we will have to take the knife out. There is a risk that this might once again rip the skin. We will take her into surgery now."

"When can we see het Dr Klayed?" asked Lissa.

"I shall let you know when she is out of surgery."

"Thank you doctor." I replied and with that he left.

"Don't blame yourself Dimitri, she'll be fine, Rose is a fighter and you heard the doctor, we have to be positive." reassured Lissa.

I didn't respond. We waited until someone called us to Rose's room. All I could think was if anything happened to get I would never forgive myself.

Please God let her be ok.

Rose's POV

I heard him loud and clear.

"Please my Roza, wake up. Cone back to me I need you. I love you so much. I'm nothing without you. I need you. Lissa needs you. Rosie and Andre need you."

It was definitely him. My Russian God.

But why did he sound so worried. Why was he declaring his love. It was very rare for Dimitri to be so vulnerable.

Then it all come back to me. The stragoi attack, the knife. I winced as pain shot through me, but this time I wouldn't allow the darkness to take me again.

I flung my eyes opened, and saw him. My love.

However the Dimitri that stood in front of me, was nothing like my God.
