Chapter 24 - Honeymoon (Part 2)

Hey guys.

From the last chapter, I have decided to do a separate book which will contain the spicy chapters this way when there is a scene thats a lemon scene, I will continue the chapter in the restricted area. I hope that's ok with everyone.

I woke up to the breeze of the sea, and the sun shinning through the cabin window. It was a beautiful sight, especially because Dimitri laid next to me. He was the most beautiful sight of them all. I was just about to stroke his face, when I felt the bile rise to my throat. I ran to the bathroom and made it just in time to throw up in the toilet bowl.

On an instant Dimitri was at my side and holding my hair. The next 10 minutes, was spent like this.

After I was finished I slowly got up and eased myself into Dimitri's arms.

"Jeez Alyssa you sure know how to wake mommy up. " as if agreeing with me, the baby kicked hard. I quickly grabbed Dimitri hand and popped over my stomach.

"See comrade she can already pack a kick like her mother, she is sure going to be a badass."

"She sure will, and she will be just as beautiful as you Roza, I can't believe I was this lucky, to have you and Alyssa it's a miracle. Both of you are a miracle."

"Now don't get all mushy on me comrade." I winked at him and then added.

"I'm very lucky, to comrade."  I reply with pure love in my voice.

He smiles, brings me closer and hugs me tightly.

"Come on lets go and get ready, let's go exploring comrade."

With that we got ready and ate our breakfast. 30 minutes later we were ready to start exploring, the more rustic areas of Peru.

Throught our day travels, I felt as though I was being watched, and my guardian senses didn't like this one single bit. I looked around my surroundings and felt Dimitri do the same. Even on our honeymoon we weren't left alone. What the hell was going on. I swore to myself right there and then, that the next person to intervene, was going to get a piece of the Rose Hathaway experience and it wasn't going to be good.

I glanced around one more time. We were now in a small village, filled with pretty little houses, and all sorts of homey smells. Like fresh baked bread. The sun was high in the sky which meant it couldn't be a stragoi.

"Can you feel it comrade?" I said peeking up at Dimitri.

"Yeah, and I don't like it one single bit." He said with his hands clenched ready to fight.

A women made her way towards us, she was definitely human. But she was looking at us, like she knew exactly what we were.

"I know what you are, I can see the future. That baby is very special. You need to come with me, you're not safe here, or anywhere for that matter. Come with me now. Your baby's life is in danger." She said. I didn't know how I knew, but my gut told me that this woman knew exactly what she was talking about, and my gut was usually right. For some reason I trusted her, and trust was something hard to come by.

I grabbed hold of Dimitri's hand, and we followed the lady to a small house. When we walked in it was a small room, much like the fortune tellers room back at court, that had once sealed mine and Dimitri fate.

Oh crap. I had just walked in to a fortune teller, and she was going to give me a reading.
