Together Forever (A vampire academy fanfic)

Chapter 19 - Happy Wedding.

I was now 3 months pregnant. We kept searching everything we could to find out more about the prophecy. But most importantly we wanted to know how the stragoi knew. They had tried to attack a few times, but we had fought back and they had gotten no where near court. Once they attacked I was just as protected as Lissa herself, and not allowed to leave the room.

Being me I tried, everything to fight this and to keep life as normal as it could be. But Lissa had ordered it as Queen, and that I couldn't disobey. Plus I had Dimitri, Christian, Abe and my mom always around. My mom had been assigned to protect me. As if I  needed that. I was one of the best guardians. But I kept reminding myself of the 4 attacks a month that had been happening, all because they wanted my baby. Everything had been crazy lately. Plus my wedding was two days away.

With all that in mind, we were now on a private jet on our way to Baia. Lissa had reluctantly agreed. She had flown out a group of Moroi and guards, to put up ward's around the Belikov's home.

I laid my head against Dimitri shoulder, and immediately feel asleep.

I felt someone pick me up gently.

"Roza were here. " I heard Dimitri's voice break through my sleep. We now stood in front of Dimitri family home. His whole family ran outside.

Olena was the first to reach us, she hugged Dimitri, and then me.

"How are you doing Rose? How's my grand baby?" She asked excitingly.

"We're both ok, but she's making me very tired." With those simple words Dimitri picked me up, and took me inside before I released it I was asleep again.

2 days later.

"Rose its time. Just remember sister, I'm always here for you. Always. You look beautiful and I'm so proud of you, and trust me that little baby is going to be very loved, and I'll do anything to protect as if it was my own. " I almost started to cry at Lissa's words but I remembered my make up and fought them back.

"Thank you Lissa, for everything especially this amazing wedding its perfect. I love you too sister and I'm here for you too" she hugged me tightly and we looked at each other with huge smiles on our faces.

"Abe get in here, it's time to walk your lovely daughter down the isle." Abe walked in and looked at me. I mean he really looked at me, for the first time ever. He looked proud and truly happy. He finally looked like a father looking at his little girl.

My dress was ivory, tight fitted all through and then it flared out at the bottom. It had a black sash around my waist. My make up was simple, my hair curled and half up half down. With the veil tight in place.

"You look beautiful Rose, I'm so proud of you." Abe said.

With that the wedding march started. First out was Mia, followed by Viktoria, Sonya and then my maid of honour Lissa.

Then it was my turn I took a deep breath, and wrapped my arm around Abe and slowly we made our away down the isle. As soon as I saw Dimitri, that was all I could see. The guarden, was full of rose's and everyone I loved was there. That's all that matter. We finally reached Dimitri and our eyes locked. The priest started the ceremony and I couldn't even hear him until we reached the vows.

Both Dimitri and I said our vows, never leaving each others eyes. At that moment I knew we would always be together for ever.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride. Please stand up and give a cheer for Mr and Mrs Belikov. "

Dimitri pulled me close and kissed me passionately, once again it was unlike any other kiss ever. It was our first kiss as husband and wife, sweet, passionate and full of love. I never wanted it to end.

Soon after Dimitri pulled away ans we made our way to the reception area. It was beautiful, a white tent full of roses and lillies, with tables all set up for dinner. On the middle was a a dance floor.

"I love you Mrs Belikov, and here it is the start of our forever as a happy family. I'll do anything for you and our baby. I love you more each day, and my love will only grow each day."  He said pulling my lips against his.

"I love you too, now and forever. We will be a happy family no matter what. " I said as I pulled away from him.

We ate and danced all night, and for now, this was happy. No stress, no prophecy, no stragoi. Just me, the love of my life and my family. That's all I needed

But knowing how our world, was stragoi we never far.

That's when I heard it, that growl, the next thing I knew guards were all around me, and taking me away to a protection room.

Give me a break, that's all I thought.
