Chapter 12 - Lets think about it.

Rose POV

How did she find out?? I had been careful, not even Dimitri knew my dark secret. That I wanted a mother. I wouldn't let her, put herself at risk. I had to protect her that was the way it wasn't meant to be.

I ran to the gym. I had to get my anger out, and what better way than beating the hell out of a punching bag. I pushed the door open and went straight to the punching bag. I started to punch hard.

Suddenly I heard footsteps behind me. I turned, to see Dimitri standing behind  me. His gaze turned to my injury, and worry was written all over his face.

"You should be taking it easy, Roza. You know that you're still injured." He said worry all over his face.

With that I closed the distance between us, and pulled my lips to his. He pulled away and looked at me, almost judging whether to say something or not.

"I think we should try." Dimitri said, his words were carefully almost as if they could hurt me. I pulled away and looked at him straight in the eyes.

"How can you think that? We made a vow. We need to protect them. Keep them safe. I would never forgive myself if anything happened to her. She's far to important for that." He said to think hard, about his next words.

"You're far more important to me, you're everything to me. Imagine it Roza, our family. Our baby, a little Rose or a little me running around the place. Its all we've ever wanted. I trust Lissa, she wouldn't do this if it wasn't safe. Plus Christian wouldn't let her. She's the best spirit user the world has ever seen. Even better than St. Vladimir. She can do this, and if I would have to trust anyone besides you it would be her and Christian. She would never allow anything bad to happen. Do you trust her?" He finished.

I didn't need to think about it. I did trust bet with my life. She was more than my best friend. She was my sister. She was the best with spirit and she hadn't had darkness in ages. She could do this.

I do want to be a mother. I had wanted it for ages. Dimitri was right, Lissa wouldn't risk the twins being without a mother.

"I do trust her with all my being. I'm not saying I'll accept it but I'm willing to learn about it." I finally accept it.

The biggest smile crossed Dimitri's face.

"Us being parents. Can you imagine that's Roza." Dimitri said still smiling.

I could imagine it, that's all I had been imagining for the last few years.

Then as we walked back to Lissa's room, a very unpleasant memory was brought back to me.

"You and him, and your Queen are special. It's written that you might just be the end of this war."

Why had that thought some up. It made ne feel uneasy. Thus baby would involve all three of us. Could this all be related?

I shook the thoughts away as we reached Lissa's room.
