.Jungkook.

I walked all the way back home, my mind buzzing with ways to make it up to Jimin hyung, and with a shiny coin I saw in the parking lot.

Would this pizza really do anything? It's only food. I don't have an apology prepared because I was too busy panicking on whether or not he hates me. The look in his eyes when he was talking to Taehyung showed that he was hurt and sad. It didn't even show that he was mad anymore. And that hurt me.

So I- I walked passed my house on accident. I turned around and started back down my street. Anyway, so I came to the conclusion that he just didn't like me anymore. After all we've been through and he gets angry at me over something like this? He must be trying to get rid of me.

And as much as I want to, I won't cling to him if he doesn't want me too. A forced friendship doesn't have a connection. And my connection with Jimin hyung is wavering.

I finally reached my house, not getting farther than the first stone on the path before realizing that Jimin was sitting on my porch, face tucked into his knees while he sobbed quietly.

My reflexes almost made the move to drop everything, but I only gripped more onto them to counteract it.

"H-hyung." I called out. He looked up slowly, face red and eyes puffy as he sniffled and continued crying even after looking up. This has been our first fight of the year so it's hurting a lot because all the trust that we had in each other had just been torn to shreds.

"Junggukkie, I'm sorry." He choked out. And just like that, everything fell from my hands. I ran to him and held him in my arms before I even sat down.

"It's my fault hyung, I'm sorry." I mumbled on his back. "I really didn't mean to offend you, I promise I didn't want it to end this way."

"I know Kookie, it's my fault for overreacting. I shouldn't have taken it as like I did, I'm sorry."

"I-its okay hyung. Can we just move past it?" I asked hopefully. He looked up at me, sniffling and wiping his eyes.

"Y-you forgive me?"

"Do you forgive me?" I'm the one who did wrong here, not him.

"But I-" I cupped his cheeks with both hands and squished them together.

"I did more wrong than you. Don't feel guilty." I giggled. His squished lips smiled which just made them looks puckered and I saw no problem in craning my neck to peck them.

"Y-you..." He looked at me shocked, his face slowly turning red.

"Yeah, I did." I smile and drop my hands from his cheeks. "I thought it would help more than if we just held hands. Did it work?"

"U-uhm. I-I..." He just stared up at me with burning red cheeks.

"Good, then we can do this whenever we need to right?" I smiled. He nodded slowly, not breaking eye contact with me. I hummed in delight and stood up. I walked over to the sidewalk and picked up all that I dropped. He noticed it and eyed it as I walked back.

"H-how..?"

"I saw Jin sunbae in the store and he paid for our stuff. H-he said our friendship is volialible." I smiled. "I don't know what that means."

"Valuable? I means something that is important to you and that you treasure." He reached to grab his stuff.

"Important? Jimin hyung is important to me." I looked off then looked back at him with wide innocent eyes.

"Jungkookie is more important to me." He giggled up at me. "Let's go to my house so you can heat up your pizza." He smiled and started to lead the way.

"Don't you want to eat it to?" I followed after him. He looked up at me a bit shocked. "I bought it because you really wanted one."

"Y-you remember that? I said that a long time ago." He blushed slightly and stuffed his hands in his pockets.

"Well I can't eat it all by myself, you have to eat it with me now!" I playfully exclaimed. He chuckled and looked up.

"I will, but only because you're cute."

.Jin.

The butlers helped me carry in my newly bought food. I had bought plenty of everything because I didn't know how much I'd need, and set it on the kitchen island.

I bowed thank you to the staff after they were finished bringing everything in and excitement begun to build up inside of me as I was now able to look over my work for today. This kitchen is my canvas and the food, my paint.

...

"Ow!" I exclaimed for the forth time in the last ten minutes. I've hit my knee on a counter, hurt my side on the same counter top, hit my head on the bottom side of the cabinet, and now I've knicked my finger from the knife.

I set down the knife and held my finger. It added to the headache I got from hitting my head. I turned around and leaned against the counter, whining softly as I threw my head back, forgetting there was a cabinet there and hitting my head again. I yelped, holding both hands on the spot that I hurt to keep it from aching.

"So all of this noise is coming from you huh?" A voice joined me in the kitchen. I looked up slowly to save myself from whiplash, meeting eyes with my mother. I was happy to see her frankly enough.

"Mom." I sighed out. She smiled and came to join me. "When did you get back?"

"While you were out. I took a nap and when I woke up, I saw you were home." She answered, reaching up to sweeping the sweat drenched hair from my forehead, caused by me standing over the stove to try and get the perfect temperature for 10 minutes straight. "What are you doing in here? This is the first time you've ever wanted to cook." She chuckled lightly. Do I just tell her that I'm preparing dinner for a close friend? Or maybe a homemade date? I smile to myself at the thought of that.

"It's just that my friend and I are studying tonight but I'll be taking him away from his dinner so I have to make up for it." I explained to her.

"Well so far, it's not looking too good honey."

"I know~ I can't cook." I groaned. She patted my side with a chuckle and I winces slightly.

"I'll teach you how, after I fix up your injuries." She ruffled the hair on the back of my head, making me wince again.

"Why have you never taught me before?"

"I don't have time like this all the time Jinnie." She chuckled and took out a band-aid from the first air kit in the drawer as well as some cream. Once the band-aid was finished, she collected ice and a cloth to put on the back of my head.

"And you do now?" I raised an eyebrow.

"I have a week off from work and you know I'm a procrastinator, so show me what we're cooking, we don't have time to waste." She tied back her hair and held out her hand. I put my phone in her hand and let her look over the recipes I'd chosen. She nodded and gave me my phone back. My mom has never been one to brag about her wealth, which is where I got my ways from. And which is also why she's in an oversized t-shirt and shorts. She's young still, I don't blame her. "Okay, I'll get it myself then." She chuckled and reacted across me. I didn't even hear her ask. She's always supported me though, no matter what I've done, I can't be anything but thankful to her. "Are you paying attention Jin-ah?"

"Y-yes." I nod and get closer as she instructed me.

"Why didn't you just have your chef make these dishes for you?" She looked up at me.

"I wanted them to be special." I spoke unashamedly. I knew that I could tell her anything so I didn't have to worry about her judging me. She smirked over her shoulder, turning the stove on low and turning around to face me.

"This boy that you're going to see tonight, do you like him?" She smirked more.

"Yes. No. I don't know. Is it wrong to? We've only known each other for a week." I said really quickly. I've never thought about if I like him or not, I just wanted to spend time with him.

"Jin-ah." She ran her fingers through my bangs. "Put the ice pace back on, you're burning up." She jokes.
