Another one about being insane. This is kind of the Ethan version of my Grayson 'Insane' -KudosDolan

I gripped my shirt tightly, making sure that I followed the guidelines I was given,
I buttoned up my shirt and walked out of my room. My dad was waiting in his uniform,
"You ready to go?" He straightened his belt. My father worked at an institute for troubled teens. I was given a project for any topic of my choice. I chose mental health and had the perfect opportunity because of my dad's job. He was taking me to his institute for the day to talk with one of the 'patients'.

I had just signed in and sat back down. I was assigned to a boy named Ethan Dolan. He apparently needed 'help' more than all the others did. My name was called and I handed my dad my bag so he could put it in his office. He was the highest ranking correctional officer so he was going to be the one escorting me to Ethan's cell. "People expect fear to dominate when it comes to the unknown. I like to prove them wrong." I sat across from him. He stared at me. I felt discomfort settle in, my body shifting involuntarily. He cleared his throat,
"Sorry if I'm staring. I haven't known a person who has no opinion of me in a while." He looked at me through his eyelashes. I bit my lip,
"So why are you here?" I took a deep inhale. His head shot up,
"I can't tell you." He straightened his legs out. My eyebrows lowered,
"Why not?" I leaned my cheek into my hand. He spoke casually,
"Because you'll leave and I'll lose the most human contact I've had in a year." He shrugged. I nodded, reaching my hand out on impulse. He shied away from me,
