===== (Y/N's P.O.V)
I shivered in the basement, finishing the last of the Chicken Alfredo I'd made. I set the plate on the floor, the soft clink it made echoing. I shivered again, commotion upstairs making me jump. I stood, blood flowing throughout my whole body. I walked upstairs, my body slowing warming up with each passing second. I peeked my head out from behind the door, the kitchen in full view. The leftover Alfredo sat on the stove, getting cold. I tiptoed to the living room, my dad face down on the floor. I ran over, stopping short,
"Maybe if I don't help him, it'll all be over." I became aware of the space around me, seeing multiple bottles of alcohol that weren't there before. I checked his pulse, not even the weakest of signals showing through. I backed away, covering my face,
"He's dead. He's DEAD! Should I be excited? The abuse is over. But-" Tape was pulled over my mouth, my mind going blank. A rag was pressed against my nose, a sweet smell making me dizzy. My eyes rolled back,
"What the fuck is going on?! " I tried to actually say the words rather than thinking them. My body caved, going limp as I passed out.

I carried Y/N's body to my car carefully, telling Grayson and Cameron to get rid of the body. They nodded, rushing into the house. Y/N shifted in my arms, mumbling to herself. I thought about what to do,
"Shit, I don't want to over drug her with the rag. But she can't wake up yet." I pressed the rag lightly over her face, waiting for her to settle. When she did, I shoved it back into my pocket, laying her in the backseat. Grayson and Cameron jumped in, both yelling at me to go. I sped off, making sure Y/N was okay in the back.

I woke up to a splitting headache. A fuzzy voice spoke, barely registering in my mind. I sat up, my muscles aching,
"Where am I?" I was met by a face. A cute face, one I couldn't resist wanting to get to know. The boy, looking no older than 18, tipped his head to the side. He studied me,
"I'm Ethan. Do you remember anything?" He felt my forehead. I shook my head, feeling scared,
"I-I was in my basement, eating dinner. I went to check on my dad and he had drunk too much. I guess it suffocated his heart and k-killed him." I reached out, wanting to touch Ethan. I don't know why, I was just compelled to do it. He let me, staring straight into my eyes as I felt his jawline. I pulled away,
"Where am I?" I crossed my legs. Ethan smiled,
"Your new room Princess." He licked his lips. I lowered my eyebrows,
"Princess?" I looked around. He grabbed my face lightly in both hands,
"You're my princess now. And that's exactly how I'm going to treat you." He pressed his lips against my forehead. I wasn't disgusted, I wasn't repulsed, I wasn't even scared. I was just unfamiliar with the feeling of the certain type of affection. I shrunk back, a little scared that the kindness would come with abuse. Ethan lifted my chin,
"I'm not going to hurt you. It's all over now. I'm going to keep you safe." He kissed my forehead again,
"But, there are some rules." He pulled out a piece of neatly folded paper from his back pocket. I looked at him intently. He looked back, glancing at the paper,
"Rule 1, I'm your daddy now. That is what you call me. Rule 2, you answer to Princess and your first name. Rule 3, you don't touch your princess parts unless Daddy tells you to. 4, being a good girl is what Daddy likes from his Princess. If you're a bad girl, you get punished. 5, no makeup. A princess is beautiful no matter what. 6, no talking back to Daddy. You do what I say when I say it. And last, no cursing in front of Daddy. Any questions Princess?" He handed me the paper. I looked over it,
"What are the punishments?" My innocent tone made me comfortable. He rubbed his lips together,
"No play time, toys taken away, time outs, no dessert, no dinner, no cumming, teasing, and much much more." He brushed my cheek with his lips,
"But, if you're a good girl for Daddy, all you'll get are rewards." He pulled away, smiling,
"What does my Princess wanna do first?" His eyes lit up. I huddled into a ball,
"Princess is cold." I glanced up at him. He nodded, opening his arms. I crawled into them, shivering against his warm torso. He held me close,
"Does Princess want dinner?" His eyes met mine. I shook my head,
"Princess already ate." Talking in third person made me feel safer. I felt like Ethan would protect me from anything. Ethan got up, picking me up and putting me on his hip,
"Daddy's going to show you around the house, yeah?" He smiled down at me as I dug my head into his shoulder. I nodded, hugging my arms around his neck. He kissed the top of my head, putting me down. He walked us right out the door,
"This is my room." He pointed to the end of a hallway. I nodded. He walked us halfway down the same hallway, pointing to another door,
"This is Grayson's room." He closed the door completely,
"You're not allowed to go in there without me. Okay?" He raised an eyebrow. I nodded,
"Yes Daddy." I bounced lightly on my toes. I was changed into a long hoodie that I believed belonged to Daddy. I pulled the sleeves over my hands, hiding my face from the cold. Daddy kept introducing me to everything in the house, eventually ending back in my room. I sat on my bed,
"Princess tired." I curled into a ball. Daddy nodded, kissing my forehead,
"Goodnight Princess."
