Team RWBY went to the amphitheater for mission assignments. As they were looking for a mission to choose from among the hundreds, they chose Search And Destroy. They typed their team name, a message popped up.

"Mission unavailable for first-year students"

"Great, now what?" Weiss asked.

"We mail ourselves there!" Ruby said with enthusiasm. This caused you to mentally facepalm as you were probably the only one who noticed Ozpin right behind Ruby.

"Or we could just bend the rules. After all, nothing is going to stop you. I still want answers as to how rose petals ended up outside a club, but we don't always get the answers we want." Ozpin said while doing something on his scroll. A few seconds later the team heard a beep and it had another message in green. "Mission granted."

"And please. Let's keep this discreet."

"Thank you, professor. We won't let you down!" Ruby said over-enthusiastically.

"That remains to be seen." Ozpin replied in a monotonous- like tone.

Timeskip to the airship.

Upon arriving at the landing platform, team RWBY ran into Velvet from team CFVY. Then Ruby started chatting to Velvet, you were too far away to hear what they were talking about, but from what you could read off the girl's lips is something about 'first years shadowing a huntsman' and that was about it.

Then you caught up to the team, and Ruby started up.

"So you ready for the mission?" She said. Before you could reply, you and the others turned around to see dr Oobleck standing there.

"Hello, girls, whos ready to save the day?" He asked rapid-fire.

You looked shocked, when you looked at the others, speechless, you see Ruby looked medically grossed out, Yang was about to run, Weiss was absolutely dumbfounded, and Blake looked like someone stole her tuna.

"Now now girls and boy, no time to stand around, we are one minute behind schedule. Let's get going!" He said, almost too fast to make out.

"Very well then, we're going to save the world with doctor, Oobleck... Yeah, it sounds worse when you say it out loud." Ruby said disappointed.

"Two minutes, ladies and gentleman!" Oobleck shouted, getting frustrated.

"I guess we better get going." Yang said, not wanting to postpone the inevitable any longer than the rest of you.

"Kill me now." You muttered to Ruby.

On the way to Mt. Glenn, you started feeling really strange. You felt nauseous, and then suddenly you felt the urge to kill.

You collapsed, and let out a shriek, in a voice that certainly wasn't your own. Then you had a flashback.

Flashback

"You better rest up, we have a big day tomorrow." Roman said to you.

"Okay, cheers." You say, downing a Vodka neat.

Roman injected you with something experimental.

End of flashback

"Aaahhh! Get outta my head! Roman!" You shrieked in a somewhat demonic voice, Oobleck could tell it wasn't you in there, and something else was going on.

You pulled out your gun and aimed it straight at Yang's head, point-blank and pulled the trigger. Weiss used her glyphs to push your hand away, while Yang tackled you and restrained you.
