Missing (Part 2)

"Has he ever mentioned someone named 'Master Fu'?"

•Chat's POV•

"Master Fu...? No..he's never mentioned him. Who is he?" I tilt my head in confusion, trying to figure out why she would know him.

There's a reason I haven't talked about him, Plagg spoke to me through my mind. Especially after Marinette and Ladybug disappeared.

I frowned in confusion, now Plagg was acting funny? What is even going on?

"Chat?" I hear Marinette ask and I snap out of my daze.

"Yeah?! Sorry, I zoned out slightly. Plagg was talking to me.."

She giggled. "It's alright kitty." Kitty. Dear lord in heaven, I have not heard her call me that in a while. I missed that.

I chuckle slightly. "So...about Master Fu. I really want to know who he is."

•Marinette's POV•

I try desperately to figure out how to tell Chat about Master Fu, but I don't want to be too revealing to my superhero identity. Maybe...

"Well, maybe I could take you to him...well...I would, but I can't seem to remember my way around this place..." I knew this place like the back of my hand...

"Oh...well maybe Plagg knows!" Chat exclaimed.

"Yeah, but how am I suppose to hear him?" I ask, sighing slightly.

"Oh...right...Um, how a—" he cuts himself off and he just stands still. Plagg must be talking to him again.. " Plagg said to just head to the intersection of 20th and 41st."

(Those were random numbers I came up with in my head, they don't actually mean any real thing)

"He's not giving an exact location?" I ask. I know Plagg can be stubborn, but this...?

"No. He said your memory will probably resurface once we're there, and then you can find the place."

I sighed. "It probably will," I rest my chin on his shoulder, feeling him flinch slightly when I do. "Let's go then.."

He frowned, though I didn't know it until he looked at me. "Are you alright?" He asks, picking me up bridal-style, causing me to squeak.

He chuckled at my squeak before frowning again. "I mean it. Are you alright?" He asks again.

I nod slowly, but hesitantly. Trying hard to convince him.

He sighed. He was definitely not letting this go. "Fine...let's go then."

I nodded, avoiding his gaze as he jumped to the intersection that Plagg spoke of. We get there and he sets me down gently. "So...where to now?" He mumbled.

"Hush. Let me look around and let the memories return." I say as I start looking around.

"Now, now, Princess. There's no need to get feisty." He smiled coyly, raising an eyebrow.

I roll my eyes. It was good to know that Chat was still his normal self, even if it took a while for him to show it. I spot Master Fu's place and knew it was his place instantly, memories flooding my mind. I pointed at the building, "There. That's his place."

"Alright Princess," he wrapped my arm around his shoulders, his other arm around my waist. "Hold on Princess."

He quickly jumps down to in front of the building, and we land right in front of the door. "Nice and simple jump. So...this is the place.." he looks up at the building.

"Mhm.." I hum in response before knocking on the door.

We wait a couple seconds before Master Fu opens the door. I don't think he realized it was us until he looked up at us because he started saying, "Hello there. Why are you here this...late..at..night. Hello."

I chuckle. "Hello, Master Fu. Long time no see."

I see him smile. "Come on in you two." He says, leading us inside. Chat closes the door behind us before questioning Fu.

"Who are you?"

"I'm more important than you'd think I'd be." He replies.

"That's not very helpful..." Chat mutters under his breath. I elbow him playfully, glaring at him slightly. I see him flinch at my suddenly stern matter, which makes me giggle.

Master Fu leads us to the room that I now remember seeing so many times before. Looking up, I see Wayzz and...Tikki. I finally see Tikki again. Thank goodness. The two Kwamis probably went into hiding when they heard me knock. I see Tikki's eyes widen at the sight me, and I can see the strong amount of excitement in her eyes.

It makes me realize how good it is to finally be home.
