Bella's P.O.V

I woke up to Katie sleeping in a chair beside the bed, Daryl was asleep behind me. I lifted up the blanket seeing the bandage. I can't believe this happened.

I sat up anyways, wiping the sleep from my eyes. Hershel came in a few minutes later.

"Hope you weren't plannin on goin anywhere," Hershel said sternly.

"I didn't know she was in here," I muttered referring to Katie.

"She came in last night to check on ya, but you were extremely exhausted," He replied.

"You all are welcome to go back to your tents, but you both need to be careful, lots of rest," Hershel told us, "The bathroom is open as well. Feel free to shower."

"I'll go get you clothes, mommy," Katie stated jumping up and running out of the room.

"You gonna take a shower?" I asked Daryl, Hershel had already mostly cleaned him with a rag.

"Nah," Daryl stated limping out of the room and outside.

I limped to the bathroom, Katie came in a few moments later, setting some clothes on the counter.

"I've got some chores I need to do, are you going to be okay?" She asked.

"I'll be alright, Kate," I told her softly, planting a kiss on her forehead. Kate was her nickname. She bounded out of the room, closing the door behind her. I stripped out of my disgusting clothes, dropping them on the floor. Stepping into the shower, I turned the water as hot as it could go for about a minute. Then I cooled it off some to save warm water for others. I scrubbed my entire body except for the area I had stitches in. I didn't get that area wet. Katie had put a razor in with my clothes and I could finally shave my legs.

I finished showering, my dirty clothes were gone. I dried myself and put on the clothes Katie brought me. She brought me black underwear and a black sports bra. Some dark blue jeans, and a camo shirt. I combed through my hair and limped to my tent feeling fresher. Katie sprinted over to me.

"You need help momma?" She asked.

"I'm good kiddo," I smiled sweetly at her, I saw Theo staring at us, his nose was very crooked. I looked away from him.

"Katie!" Carl called running over with a purple ball.

"Hi," Katie smiled softly.

"I found a ball, wanna play catch?"

"Y-Yeah," She smiled and they ran off to go play. I was bored out of my mind, I climbed into my tent, it was pretty close to everyone else. I straightened the tent out the best I could, I ended up finding a coloring book and colored in a few pages. It wasn't exciting, but it was something to do.

I soon got up and wandered the yard.

"You best quit walkin on that leg of yours," Hershel told me from the porch.

"It doesn't hurt that bad," I lied.

"Go to your tent, and rest," He commanded, I fought the urge to roll my eyes and made my way back to the tent. Okay near the tent, I sat on a chair next to a fire that someone in the group had started. Daryl was in the group right now, he didn't need to walk far, but I'm sure once he was healed he'd go out farther away.

His tent door was open, he was messing around with an arrow.

"You bored too?" He asked.

"Yup," I sighed popping the p, "I have a coloring book if you want it, it's My Little Pony though."
