"First you go against orders, and then you come home bleeding? Un-be-lie-ve-a-bl-e." Jim huffed as he cleaned Seb's wounds.

"Sorry boss. But I'd be dead if I didn't disobey you," Seb grunted.

"Seb, darling, you still got injuries. How was this way any better?" Jim asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm less injured then I'd be if I followed orders," Seb mumbled.

Jim took a deep breath, sighing.

"I don't disobey orders again," Seb added, lifting his good arm to pat Jim's shoulder.

"I'm glad you're alive." Jim mumbled, resting his cheek on Seb's hand.

"I know you are, boss."

"Shut up, Moran. I'm still mad at you," Jim rolled his eyes. Seb winced, nodding.

"I also knew that, sir."

Jim sighed, resting his forehead on Seb's bare shoulder. Seb moved his arm from Jim's shoulder to hug him gently. He knew how worried Jim Moriarty was about him, but there wasn't any circumstance he'd admit it.

"I forgive you." Jim mumbled, lightly kissing Seb's neck.

"Seb!" Jim tried to hold up a bleeding sniper...his bleeding sniper...but ended up collapsing.

"Hey boss," Seb croaked, raising a bloody hand to Jim's face.

"What the hell happened?" Jim asked, his voice a mix of terrifying rage and heartbreaking fear.

"I went to do the job and I...got shot." Seb grimaced. "I don't think you can patch this one up, boss."

"S-Stay with me tiger." Jim choked back a sob, sending a text to a doctor who owed him.

"I'm trying to, Jim."

"The doctor will be here in ten. Hold on, Sebastian." Jim felt a tear escape his eye.

Seb knew he wasn't going to make it. He sat up and pressed a final kiss to Jim's lips, tears welling in his own eyes.

"I gotta go, boss," Seb smiled sadly. "Sorry."

Jim stared at his Seb's face, memorizing every detail.

"I forgive you," Jim whispered. Seb snorted, shutting his eyes so Jim wouldn't have to watch the life fade from them.

"I love you." Jim added, his tears falling faster and faster.

That was the last thing Seb heard. Jim didn't bother holding back his tears, wailing and cursing names. Avengence was planned as tears fell from his face and into Seb's.
