When someone actually captured James Moriarty, Seb freaked out. He didn't stop until he found his boss and killed almost every person there.
He hugged Jim tight, relieved to have his boss safe. He didn't let Jim leave his sight until any injuries he had healed.
When Sebastian Moran was captured, Jim freaked out much worse than Seb did. He immediately found the kidnappers and quickly disposed of them.
He also hugged Seb tight, and didn't let go until any injuries his tiger had healed.
