Her world stopped, her body froze and it buzzed. Her thoughts were in her blood and they poisoned her form. She felt like her veins were drying up and her heart was slowing. It now rang with spaced and rhythmic thumps.
Jane thought she would scream at him, swear her head off even if he didn't understand. She wanted to be angry, she expected to be mad. However, in moments she had dropped her bag and ran into him. Her arms snaked around his toned torso before she gripped his jacket tightly. It was like... If she let go she would never get him back.
"You idiot" she whimpered into his chest, holding him even tighter at her words.
"What?",
"You... You... Idiot" she cried quietly,
"Yeah I know, I know",
"No, you don't-" she announced pulling away, her eyes red and plagued with tears, "- I was awake every moment thinking I did something wrong, all because of you. You're such an idiot".
After her words, Uta kept silent, he didn't know what to say. And if he spoke, he feared he would ruin everything all over again. He just stood there in silence, ignoring those around him like Jane.
"Aren't you going to say anything?",
"I don't know what... I'm not good with words",
"Nobody is, that's why they say what they think",
"Well I'm not good at that either" he sighed with an awkward expression painted across his features.
"Then I'll talk, Okay?" She said with a smile before running back to her bag and returning to him. With a quick scope of the area, she pulled at his hand with their fingers intertwined. There was a great contrast between the heat and warmth of their bodies. Especially, as they walked hastily through the streets. And eventually, their speed did pick up and their laughter grew in volume right up until they arrived at a unfamiliar part of the city.
"Where are we?" Jane questioned, with her hand tightly held in his own.
"Don't worry, I'm not going to murder you-" he heard her sigh in relief, "- or maybe I am". At that, he turned his head and wiggled his eyebrows in a teasing manner.
"No but seriously, where are we going?" She asked.
"We're going to my place... If you don't mind that",
"No, that's good. I seriously don't mind" she smiled, and he somehow lit up her cute expression.
They continued to walk down the street and with each turn, the area seemed to grow darker, more sketchy as her father would say. And slowly, Jane was beginning to doubt the blonde before her. Deep down she wanted answers, of what he was doing or where he was. She was genuinely worried and the mystery was boiling a fear in her gut.
However, when they went down a narrow ally and entered a random door in the side. Jane looked around in awe. Scaling the walls were random masks, as if he was building a collection. While in the far back, there was a table with unfinished works and fabric and anything he could need to make those creations.
"This place... This place is amazing" Jane said in surprise, her expression completely entranced by her surroundings.
"I thought you would like it here" he smiled awkwardly,
"I do, it's amazing Uta. Why didn't you tell me you were so talented" Jane announced before she walked to one wall, one with a full row of masks, all created to the utmost perfection. She began to trace on side of one, its stitching immaculate along with the design.
"I normally keep it hidden, only my close friends know",
"So does that make me a close friend?" She smirked, her expression mischievous and some how... Seductive.
"Yes, extremely",
"I'm glad to hear that. I guess my waiting was only initiation",
"Something like that" with those words, she edged closer, her feet shuffling against the floor as she closed the distance. He could feel his heart pounding, his whole mind in a disarray of fantasy. He had thought of them even closer than this, so together they couldn't be separated. It was so wrong what he thought, so disgusting even the devil himself would be reluctant to split open his mind.
"Where were you?" She asked against his lips, fanning her hot breath upon his flesh.
"Somewhere, someplace that doesn't concern you",
"It should. I was waiting thinking I had done something wrong. I thought maybe it was the kiss or the fact that I held onto you the whole day... it wasn't fair. So I deserve something to give me closure".
"If I could tell you, I would" he spoke in a lowered voice as he ran his hands through her short hair. The small touch alone had shivers dancing down her spine in glee.
"Well then... I guess we just have to get closer so one day you can tell me" she said, biting her lip while she looked up at him. That's when he finally heard her thumping heart, hammering against her chest like a dove in a small cage.
Human... Dove... CCG.
It was so easy for him to recall the consequences of such things. Of the thoughts he shared with her body pressed against his own. But, there was no time for him to take in the punishment with each fictional lashing. Her lips were already on his own, sucking at the flesh of his mouth.
Jane only held him closer, her arms wrapped around his neck as their noses bumped. Each kiss was a river of fire, it was a drop of life to have them touch. Finally, they were together in peace, with pieces of themselves shared.
Breathing was heavy, chests crushed against one another, their warmth was shared in an uncontrollable bliss. The white heat was an eruption under their skin, the kiss was all it took while it took everything.
