Once again, she was on the train, holding a railing so tight, her knuckles clouded over with white. Jane was extremely wary of her surroundings. Most importantly, the men in the carriage. The ones going to work and the others that just probably liked to travel.

Once upon a time, Jane was told by her mum why she shouldn't dislike public transport.

Sit down and watch them all. Conjure up their lives, their stories. Of where they come from and where they're going. Look at that old woman and wonder what in her decades of life, has she seen.

But, Jane couldn't do this here. The girl could barely turn to wonder of another life, one that is not her own.

When more people packed in, she felt someone shift in behind her, pushing himself off the wall of the carriage to give her space. The man didn't even attempt to touch her, and she knew why when she looked to the reflection of the mirror. Just as she remembered, he caught her attention like he was the brightest light. Jane felt uncomfortable staring, especially through the glass but nobody would be able to help them self.

She watched his lips curl into a smirk. In moments her body was burning and buzzing with an attraction. Therefore, her rose tinted cheeks could only flush a brighter red. He had her wrapped around his finger and there was nothing she could do.

While Jane stood before him, Uta recalled the first time he saw her. How her fearful expression aroused the hunger in his gut and her scent... Soon enough, Jane found his lips closer to her ear, just skimming the shell as he moved onwards. His warm breath hovered across her pale skin, erupting a bravery as she stood before him. Yet, Jane knew she would never act on it.

"You didn't say thank you" her whispered. His voice was deep and held a underlying tone, and of course it sent shivers dancing down her spine, offering her her first experience of wrongful pleasure.

"I did, you just didn't hear it" she whispered back reluctantly, not sure if she should trust him enough to speak.

"I did see though, I couldn't understand",

"It's English... I'm sorry, I could say it again" Jane mumbled out with an awkward smile. With that, she finally turned in his direction, fully circling her body around to look to the guy properly.

"I wouldn't exactly mind. But, it's weird if you say it for no reason",

"Then what would you like me to do?" She questioned.

"How about, I meet you at the station everyday, and walk you to school...-" he announced, before pulling his face from behind Jane, just so he could see her strange eyes through the black tint. "- Then, I can protect you".

With his words, Jane gripped the straps of her bag tighter. She wasn't certain how to answer the strange person before her. And even if out of the ordinary, he held an aura of familiarity that pulled Jane toward his chest, right where his heart beat.

"I barely know you..." she whispered out, letting the words one by one leave her pink lips.

"It wouldn't hurt to try".

"So what happened? What did you say?" Asked Yui as Akira ate her bento silently.

"Well... By the time I was going to answer, the train had already pulled up to the station. I couldn't exactly be late because of Amber",

"That sucks, I bet he was cute" Yui pouted but when she noticed the redness of Jane's cheeks, she squealed so loud students around them stared in awe. Her screeching voice burned at both of the girls ears, never had their bubbly friend reacted like this.

"Be quiet, the third years are studying" Akira finally spoke up before she resumed her meal.

"Sorry, But it's such a romantic story" Yui cheered,

"So getting felt up by a middle-aged man is romantic" Jane said sarcastically to have Akira then choke on her food, trying to hold the laughter in as Yui whined for the translation.

"I agree, nothing could be more disgusting".

And with that the rest of the day rolled on with a sweet delight present in Jane's mind.
