The equipment and soldiers from The Silver Chain wasn't nearly enough to conquer the Green Kingdom's capitol. If there was as many soldiers as the last time I had been there, we would be outnumbered at least 2:1. Nevertheless, we still had very good equipment and very well trained soldiers.
"I estimate that we'll arrive at the Green Kingdom capitol by sunrise tomorrow," Wulfa said, "I recommend you guys have some sleep before we near."
Nos nodded and her herded the rest of our soldiers below decks where they set up a miniature room with beds.
"There's something that I need to tell you, Lenard," Wulfa said
"What is it?" I asked him
"If you do not have enough soldiers to take on the Red Kingdom, go to The Gray Kingdom," He said, "Go to the old Palace and find the 26th tile to the left. Inside will be a secret base where there the remainder of the Gray Kingdom army is."
"How did you know this?" I asked him
"There was a washed up Gray Kingdom ship that appeared at the Silver Chain a while back." He said, "The people on there were nearly insane from hunger, but we managed to get some information off them."
"Ok," I said, "Why are you telling me this in secret?"
Wulfa looked around and said in a very quiet voice, "Word has it that there is a spy within your friends. Someone was sent here by someone to get information. Better keep this between me and you. Only use that information for emergencies."
"Alright, good talk," Wulfa said in a much louder voice, "Get some sleep before we enter Green Kingdom waters."
I nodded and headed down the stairs to below decks where my friends were snoring away. One of them was a traitor...

5 hours later, we all got woken up by soldiers.
"We've reached the Green Kingdom, " He said, "You might want to get ready for battle."
We all hurriedly got dressed in our armour and climbed above decks. Once there, we saw Wulfa with a couple of commanders staring at the horizon. Once we caught up to them, we saw a familiar skyline in the distance. A Green flag fluttered on a huge wall overlooking the sea. The Green Kingdom was approaching.
After a couple of minutes, we noticed something strange about the Kingdom. There was a smoke pouring out of the place where the throne room once was. As we neared, we noticed that there were Red Kingdom ships docked on our docks. Soldiers climbed on board the ships and were preparing to sail.
"They don't need the Kingdom anymore," Hal said, "Their loading our soldiers onto the boats to ship to the Red Kingdom."
"Their not our soldiers anymore, Hal," Nos said, looking into a telescope, "Look"
Nos handed the telescope to me and I saw dark smoke pouring out of the soldiers eyes. They were controlled by the dark mist.
Luckily for us, it was still early in the mourning and the sun still hadn't came up, so they haven't spotted us yet, but as we sailed closer, they were more likely to see us.
Once we were close enough to see fire pouring out of the castle, the former Green Kingdom soldiers ran the alarm. They scrambled forwards to load their cannons, but the soldiers from the Silver Chain were faster.
Using their already loaded cannons, they fired a volley into the Green Kingdom harbor. Soldiers got blown off their feet and cannons were tossed aside. The Red Kingdom ships used to transport our soldiers away weren't equipped with cannons and were easily blown apart.
Once we were close enough to the shore to dock, Wulfa flicked his wrists and suddenly 2 long silver knives where in his hand. He leaped off of the ship and started cutting up soldiers. I pulled Loth out and joined in. The Green Kingdom soldiers were easily hit, but they could take several shots before they went down.
I just finished stabbing one, when I turned around and saw another one barreling towards me. I raised my sword, but suddenly, a silver knife was embedded into his neck. Wulfa threw the knife with deadly accuracy and ran over and retrieved it.
With most of the Green Kingdom's army transported away, there wasn't much resistance. We finally made our way to the Palace and I told everyone to wait outside.
"It's probably going to collapse any second," I shouted, "I have to go in to the Royal Library to save as many books as I can before they burn. Everyone else should stay outside and guard the palace."
"I'm going in with you," Wulfa said, "There's no way I'm going to let you go in there by yourself."
"Fine," I said, "You stay inside the Throne Room and I'll go into the Royal Library. Try to find as many documents as you can, they can give us an edge against the Red Kingdom!"
Wulfa nodded and together, we kicked open the doors of the Royal Palace.

I scrambled along the walls of the castle, trying not to inhale too much smoke. Fire was pouring out everywhere and sections of the ceiling were falling apart. I stumbled to the secret passage of the Royal Library and found that the tunnel was already activated. I climbed down, praying that the Library wasn't already on fire.
My prayer was rejected. The Royal Library was burning to the ground. Centuries of knowledge was being turned to ashes. In the corner of the the library, I saw Sinsu, the librarian that had helped me find the book with a knife sticking out of his back.
And in the center of it all was King Pelias. He stood at the exact same place as where the vault once was. Dark smoke was seeping out of his eyes.
"Ah, there you are Lenard," He said, "So you finally figured out my little secret didn't you?"
"How could you do this Pelias," I screamed, "This was your Kingdom!"
"But Pelias is dead," He said, "The dark force has token over."
He drew his sword and pointed it at me.
"This library will be your grave, Lenard," He said, "You have made an enemy of the Red Kingdom!"
He charged me and I was forced to summon Loth. We fought back and forth as chunks of the ceiling fell and smashed bookshelves to pieces. I kicked King Pelias back as a chunk of the ceiling fell right on top of him.
I stared at the chunk of ceiling that crushed him. I had a feeling he wasn't dead, that I would see him again, but just then, the ceiling started to collapse violently and I was forced to flee out of the Royal Library.

When I arrived back into the Throne Room, I saw another devastating sight. Wulfa had entered the Throne Room where he found Ivor, sitting on the Throne of the Green Kingdom. As I entered, he was fighting Ivor on top of the long table where the map of Gala once was.
Just as I entered, Wulfa made a desperate stab to Ivor's neck, but he easily blocked it and knocked the silver knife away. Ivor slashed across Wulfa's chest and he dropped his second knife.
I charged in to help, but a the ceiling collapsed in front of me and blew me backwards. The last sight I saw of Wulfa was him fallen on the table with Ivor standing over him with his sword raised.
I staggered devastated that I traded the Green Kingdom for a great friend.
