The Gray Kingdom was impressive. The huge, giant, casting shadows of the Gray Kingdom walls were looming over us. The cold waves were frequently splashing waves of water onto the Gray Kingdom's rusted metal docks. The wall was very roughly built as many chunks here, and there were breaking off occasionally. The slaves were either climbing the wall, fixing it or expanding it. We started to approach the double, massive, gray doors. Dozens of slaves pushed it open as we walked in. There was a large, long hall with a throne at the end.
The captain kneeled, "King Samfen." he said.
My companions and I followed his example and knelt. "Lord Samfen, my companions and I has come to ask for your help," I said. "As you may be aware of, the Red Kingdom has declared war against us. Legend says that their army is vast, only us combined can defeat them."
"Why should I expend my forces to fight your wars, Lenard?" King Samfen said in a stubburn voice.
"The war with the Red Kingdom does not only affect us, the Red Kingdom forces will also attack your kingdom, as your Kingdom stands in its way of their goal of dominating Gala," I answered
"Very well," Samfen replied. "Tomorrow at first light, I'll have sent you back with your companions and a fleet of ships filled with many warriors."
"Thank you, King Samfen," I replied.
I got up and walked away. Nos and Richard followed the example. The captain led us to our house. Our house was a flat stone building that smelt like something I can't describe. There were three small haystacks for our beds and a hole as our bathroom.
"Really," asked Nos. "This is our home?"
"I'm afraid so," said the captain."Many of our resources are being used to fight the war as you might know. You will have to cope with these living conditions for the time being."
"I'll stay with you for the night," he continued. "The Gray Kingdom is about to fall. We set up a line of defense at the Northern wall for now. We're holding them back but barely. We'll be run over any second. I was not surprised about your definition of the Red Kingdom forces. I've seen them with my own eyes. Now, everyone needs some rest for tomorrow"
With that, everyone settled in and went to sleep.

I woke up at around five hours before dawn. Couldn't sleep, who could? The place smelt like a monkey house and sleeping on hay was like sleeping on metal. I decided to take a walk to stretch my legs a bit. T walked past the kingdom. I kept on walking until I found a beautiful view on Canvas Hill. I sat down.
"Couldn't sleep?" said a mysterious voice.
I instantly stood up and whirled around with my sword. I nearly decapitated Richard.
"Whoa, there! Sorry to startle you, Lenard. Thought we could practice some swordplay?" Richard said in a surprised voice
"Sure, sorry about that," I replied, giving him a sheepish smile. We practiced there for about five hours. I improved, I guess. After, Richard and I were drenched in sweat.
"Great job, Lenard! You're improving a lot. I can see it!" he said.
"Thanks," I replied, "I never saw Nos fight with a sword before, does he ever practice with a sword?"
"Nah," Richard replied, "Nos never fights with a sword. He's much better with his bow and that's the way he prefers it. "
I took in the information and decided to take a look at the view. Looking down at the gorgeous view it seemed impossible that war was still going on right this second. The waves could be heard making soft splashes on the massive wall which loomed in the background. I looked around and saw the endless green hills stretched as far as I could see. The clouds parted with the sun just rising. This view just seemed just like a fantasy.
