Hall of Fame - The Script

~3rd Person POV~

There's a loud clank and Jessica whips around to see Commander Steele locking the door behind her. She runs back to the door and slips her long, thin arms out between the bars, frantically trying to get out.

This time, she isn't cornered... she's trapped. The legends all back against the opposite wall, Ray included, as they watch the raptor lose herself in a fit of panic. She suddenly runs to the back wall where her team is, pivots, and rams the top of her head against the door as hard as she can.

The impact dazes the raptor and causes her vision to double, amplifying the amount of metal bars she sees trapping her inside. Her breaths become uneven and shallow as she lets out an ear piercing screech before falling unconscious to the floor.

"I didn't know dinosaurs could be buster... fluster..."

"Claustrophobic?" Sara finds Mick's word.

"That's it," he points his finger.

"She can't get out of this, she's from a time where traps aren't a real concept" he kneels down beside the fallen beast to make sure she's okay. Her mouth is slightly ajar, showing off the sharp teeth she sports and although unconscious, still intimidating the people around her.

"You claim to be saving history yet you bring this out of its time?" Commander Steele states more than asks.

"Are you gonna force her out of the ship?" Jefferson asks as an answer.

"I wouldn't even do that," Ray chuckles as he lightly taps her face in an attempt to wake the beast. "Look, if you open the door and let us out, she'll behave like a good Utahraptor!" Ray smiles and looks up at his captors.

"And why should we believe you?" Rex crosses his arms.

"Because I know who you are," Nathan tries again to convince them that the Legends are on their side.

"How do you know who we are?" Stargirl asks unconvinced.

"Because his Nazi handlers have briefed him, no doubt," commander Steele rolls his eyes.

"Look, I'm not a Nazi, I'm a historian."

"Here we go with the time travel nonsense again," Amaya mumbles to Commander. Jefferson looks completely amazed that they don't believe them now that they have a dinosaur caged with them.

"070233," Nate gains Commander Steele's undivided attention.

"What?" Steele's eyebrows furrow.

"Those are numbers on your dog tags. They're not disclosed on any documents, military or otherwise."
