~3rd Person POV~
"So she's stuck in her mind till something snaps her out of it?" Ray asks Gideon as he gently closes Jessica's eyelids. He figures waking up with dry eyes wouldn't be fun, not to mention the creepy look she has plastered onto her face. He notices that through all the turmoil, her gifted necklace is still chained around her neck.
"I'm afraid so, Dr. Palmer," she answers solemnly. The ship suddenly quakes, throwing both Ray and Jessica to the floor. She shakes her head and looks around.
"Jessica?" Ray asks, surprised a knock to the head was all it took to bring her back. Jessica looks over at him as he lunges forward and hugs her tightly. She winces slightly, but brings her head over his shoulder and pulls him closer. She protected him from that beast. That's all she cares about. she ship shakes again and all the doors suddenly shut.
"Let's get to the bridge and see what's wrong," Ray tells Jessica. "Can you walk?" Jessica nods. Ray pulls his suit from his pocket and clicks something, causing it to grow from the size of a finger, to the size of Ray Palmer. He puts the suit on and with it's help, he's able to pry the doors open.
Jessica pushes off the floor and her legs quiver beneath her. As soon as she tries to take her first step, she crumbles to the floor. Jessica sighs before shifting to her human form and asking Ray for help.
They slowly make their way to the bridge.
"What's going on?" Amaya asks, walking in with Nathaniel by her side. His silver sheen wearing off after forcing the doors open.
"Rip is manipulating Gideon," Sara explains.
"I thought we told her to ignore him," Nate questions.
"The Captain initiated an override command and is proceeding to the Jumpship," Gideon announces. Jessica grabs Ray's arm tightly, scared of what Rip could be doing to them.
"Go stop him," Sara commands Mick.
"You mean kill him?" Mick tries to correct her. Jessica silently agrees with the criminal.
"No, no killing," Sara clarifies.
"No fun," Mick growls.
"We'll go with him and make sure he doesn't kill." Nathan and Amaya follow Mick out of the bridge.
"Whoa!" Ray shouts as the ship quakes and throws him into the computer monitors.
"Oh, come on," Jax complains as he stands up off the ground. Sara runs to the pilot's seat to try and stabilize the Waverider.
