"You should have taken him up on his offer to carry you," Curtis tells Rene with a smile. "It was awesome!"
"Nobody's carrying me anywhere," Rene mutters.
"It's so cool Felicity reached out. It's awesome to meet you," Rory tells Barry through his bundle of rags.
"Yeah," Barry smiles. "Well, wait till you meet her." As soon as Barry finishes, Kara lands on top of a shipping crate.
"Hi, everyone!" She smiles kindly.
"Oh, I had enough of this," Rene snaps before stomping off into the factory.
"Where's Jessica?" Curtis asks curiously as he looks around trying to find her.
"I don't think she's as fast as she usually is," Barry explains. "Not with all those injuries." As soon as he finishes his sentence, Jessica runs into the crowd of heroes, startling everyone who doesn't know what she is.
"Woah!" Curtis jumps back.
"There she is," Barry smiles and Jessica screeches in response.
"We should go in and cover Rene," Kara tells. Everyone pours into the building, ready to take on their new target.
"Yo," Barry greets Rene as he catches up to him. "You want some company?"
"Not really," Rene answers.
"Ok," Barry sighs. "Um, so what exactly is it you've had enough of?"
"Nothing," Rene tells. "I just didn't know there were flying metahumans now."
"No sign of Washington," Kara informs as she hops up next to Barry. The sound of claws tapping against concrete becomes ever louder as Jessica stalks up behind them.
"Yea—Uh, Supergirl's not a meta, she's an alien," Barry explains.
"Oh, I'm one of the good ones," she tries to reassure him. Jessica playfully bumps her shoulder against Kara with a quiet crow.
"There are no good ones," Rene says plainly.
"Hey, what's your damage, man?" Barry asks, tired of all the negativity coming from Rene. Rene turns around and takes his mask off, showing that he means business.
