Em POV:

"JJ, I swear to God..." I groaned, turning over as Jide whacked me repeatedly with a pillow.
"WAKE UP, EMMY. WE'RE GOING TO SHOOT SOME SHIT! I'M BLOWING UP A GODDAMN CAR!" He informed me, as he stopped the whacking and began jumping up and down excitedly.

"Stating the obvious, once again, Jide." I sighed. "My head hurts." ...From the night before, not because of drinking, but because of the many extremely late nights and early mornings. My sleep schedule was starting to fuck me over, and jet lag was giving some input to that.
"I DON'T CARE! WE'RE GUNNA SHOOT GUNS, EM! REAL LIFE GUNS! NONE OF THIS FORTNITE SHIT!" I couldn't help but laugh at JJ's enthusiasm.

"When do we leave?" I swung my legs out of the bed.
"Like, an hour." He flopped on where I'd just been laid.
"Cool." I grabbed some clothes and headed to the bathroom to change and do my hair.

"J! THE ROOM SERVICE GAVE ME YOUR RAZOR AGAIN!" I yelled, parading out of the bathroom and lobbing the shaving razor to JJ, still laid on the bed, staring at his phone. It landed on his stomach, however it didn't faze him.
"Cheers, sis." He gorged up, his energy gone for some reason.
"Are we going for breakfast?" I asked, adjusting my hair in the full length mirror.
"Let's do it." A smile formed on his lips as JJ leapt up.

So, we pulled on our shoes and made our way downstairs for our hotel breakfast. And just like that, the hyper, energetic JJ was back.

-

"...You want a bit of this?" JJ winked, only to be egged on by Talia's laughter.
"J, I swear to god..." I yanked Jide away from her camera; he was obviously trying to get a girl. "No matter what you try, you'll never get a girlfriend." I smiled, tilting my head sideways in a sarcastic manner.
"Yeah, so where's your boyfriend?" He retorted, getting up in my face and smiling grimly.
"At least I didn't get dumped." I spat back.
"At least I manage to get laid."
"At least I'm proper enough so that I actually use protection." I turned my back on him and began a conversation with Saz.

God, siblings...

However, I found Sarah to be in fits of laughter; probably at my remarks at JJ.
"What?" I smirked.
"Just, you." She giggled. Suddenly, I felt someone's arms on my shoulders as they attempted to jump up on my back. I caught their legs, but the legs pulled backwards. A yelp that was Harry's voice cried out, before the both of us toppled over in a heap.

Everybody turned to look. JJ was the first to speak.
"What the fuck is this n**** doing?" He chuckled. I couldn't reply due to the fact that I was literally choking with laughter.
"I'm so sorry!" Harry exclaimed, but I could tell by the movement of his chest - up and down - that he was creasing.
"Don't worry 'bout it." I got to my feet, helping him up by grabbing his hand afterwards.
"You feel alright?" Simon gently grabbed me, nodding to my chest.

Shit. My pacemaker...

"Fuck." Harry said aloud as he realised.
"N-No. I'm good. Don't worry about it." I nodded confidently.
"Sure?" Si asked again.
"I feel fine. It's okay." I smiled.

"TIME TO SHOOT SOME SHIT, BITCHES!" Came from none other than Freezy.
"WHOOP!" I punched the air.
"YEAH, BABY!" Lux seconded.
"If you guys would like to follow me just this way then we'll get you down to the shooting site." One of the professionals called.
"Sweet." Jide remarked.

-

So, Jide blew up a car, Harry pretty much shit himself from shooting a gun, and I FIRED AN ACTUAL GUN. LIKE, A REAL ONE WITH REAL BULLETS INSIDE.

It's gas, man.

For our final night in Vegas, we bid Vik goodbye at the airport as he left for a day in LA, and then most of us headed to mine and JJ's shared hotel room. Except it was more like a mini apartment as apposed to a single room.

We were missing Josh, Freya, Ethan, Emily, Tobi and, obviously, Vik. Ethan and Emily were having dinner, Tobi wasn't feeling well, and Josh and Freya claimed that they were tired.

So what did the rest of us do?

We had a fucking karaoke night, that's what.

Taking full advantage of the speakers that were hooked to the Bluetooth on JJ's iPhone, we played songs with only the music playing and no singing on the audio.
"Oh my God, guys! There's a karaoke machine here!" Talia yelled.
"How many microphones?" Sarah smirked.
"Three, altogether."
"Turn them on, we're gunna sing!" Saz got up.
"Yes, my girls!" I laughed.

"Oi, you're going up too." J nudged me.
"Wait, what?"
"Yeah, you heard. You can rap, can't you?" I was prompted.
"Well, yeah..." I agreed reluctantly.
"Sarah, man, pass her a mic, will you?" Jide rolled his eyes as a jet black microphone that glowed blue when I turned it on was pressed into my hand.
"Prick." I hissed, as JJ smiled triumphantly.

"We can't sing Bang Bang without you!" Talia reminded.
"Or Black Widow."
"Or Fancy."
"Or-"
"I get it, I get it! Stick the song on, J." I sighed in defeat.
"Ayyyyy! She gunna rap for us!" JJ laughed, typing for a karaoke version of Bang Bang by Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj into YouTube's search engine.

Despite my reluctant agreement, I actually enjoyed our little karaoke night, and I think everybody else did, too. Everyone tried their hand at singing or rapping; it was the most fun I've had for a while.

Literally weeping laughing at Simon's attempt at Stormzy's Shut Up, I took a deep breath in an attempt to calm myself down. There was a knock at the door that we barely heard.

It was the hotel staff...

Ironically, they told us to shut up because we were being so goddamn loud.

I mean, if that's not proof that we were having fun, then what is?

i have made a few adjustments to this chapter after reading over it again and not being happy with the way it was written and the way it ties in with the rest of the story.
