The young Glader ran through the Glade, straight to the gardens. Every single particle that spread through her blank vision, every colorful particle, as each foot hit the ground with each stride. It was almost like she was running the Maze again; minus the twists, tight turns and Grievers.

She didn't need sight. As long as she had hard flat ground, she had it all, that's all she truly needed. And that was her version of sight.

The moment she saw the figure with blue particles she spoke, "Incoming!" she warned, knowing Newt didn't like being jump-scared so suddenly.

Neither did she, they had that in common.

Newt turned around from working at the grape vines, and saw her. He braced himself, ready for the impact.

Not even a second later, Nova attacked him in a hug. A hug so tight and full of love, it was almost as though she was making it her last.

Newt chuckled almost sarcastically, "Bloody hell Nova, what-"

"I'm sorry," Nova cut him off instantly.

"Sorry?" He questioned. "Sorry for what?"

Nova held in her tears, the thought of their argument two weeks ago made her emotional. She felt horrible about it. But if you must be irrational about it, you also must be strong.

She sucked it all in with a light sigh of guilt, "I'm just sorry. For being quiet; for avoiding you; not talking; for not being the old me; for everything."

Newt knew exactly what she was talking about; and that made him grow a big dorky smile on his face. He hugged her right back.

"Its okay," Newt whispered into her ear. "You little shucking ball of klunk."

Now Nova was the one making a dorky smile. A small laugh escaping her lips at how goofy Newt was being today.

At the gathering later on that night, Nova had the honor to be the host this time. Usually it was either Newt or Gally, but that night, it was Nova. But for good reason.

Nova stared straight forward, considering her lack of vision. "Thomas," She spoke in a light tone. "I'm not going to be as harsh as everyone else-"

There were hollers in the room, "Shhh!" Nova silenced them.

She sighed, "I know we met on the wrong terms, but I need you to trust me when I say, I'm much more open-minded than most here."

She then finishes with, "I need you to tell me, and me personally." Pointing at herself. "No-one else is here, pretend." And then, "Do you know the girl?" She asked. "And I mean the other girl, not me."

Thomas lowered his head, and he dug into his mind, trying to grasp any sort of memory of the mystery girl.

Until finally... something sparked.

His brows rose in shock. Thomas nodded, "Y-Yes..."

Nova's eyes perked. Thomas finished, "Yes, I don't completely remember her, but she looks familiar to me."

"See!" Gally chimed in aggressively. As always. "Don't you all see this? He is to blame! He just admitted it!"

Nova groaned, "Gally, go get shucked by a Griever." She insulted. "Don't you dare jump to conclusions! Thomas said she was familiar to him, not that he knew her entirely."

Everyone was shocked, even Newt. Nova had never really snapped like that before...

Nova began to calm down, realizing what just happened. She didn't know what just came over her, she was confused on her own sudden behavior.
