Angel's pov

"I have so much freaking homework to do. I hate my life, like actually." I whined, throwing my bag on my bed.

"Be careful where you throw that thing!" Grayson groaned as he grabbed his crotch. I gasped at first, then began to laugh.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know I would hit you." I walked over to my bed and pouted my lip. He rolled his eyes at me and wrapped his arms around my waistline and pulling me on top of him.

"I'm really sorry for my backpack hitting you there, Grayson. I didn't mean for it to hit you where your dick is." I frowned, looking him in the eyes. He smiled, and ran his hands up and down my thighs.

"I know, Angel. I'm not mad." He chuckled, looking at me. I smiled, removing myself from his torso.

"When do you think your mom and brother will be back from your dad's trial?" He asked, sitting up and pressing his back against my headboard.

"I'm not sure, really. I just don't understand whats taking so long. I've been awake for almost a week." I shrugged, grabbing my backpack from where it had landed. Grayson watched as I unzipped the big pocket on it, grabbing my binder.

"How much work do you think they'll make me do?" I ask, looking back at him. He smiles and picks up my wallet from where it'd fallen out of my backpack. He zipped it open, and pulled out my drivers license, holding it close to his face.

"Your real name is Angelita?" He asked, looking at me confused. I nodded my head and took the card from him.

"Why didn't you tell me that? And why didn't you tell me your birthday is next week?" He asked more questions, making me sigh.

"I didn't tell you my name because I hate it. I don't like it so I never use it, only on official documents. Its in my school records but I have them call me Angel." I explain, zipping it back into my backpack.

"You still haven't told me how much work they'll make me make up." I looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"Because I did all your homework while you were in the hospital. Why didn't you tell me your birthday is next week? I could have planned something cute and romantic." He now looked upset, like it hurt him that I didn't tell him.

"My birthday isn't a big deal. I never thought to tell you. You never told me yours." I defend, turning my body to face him entirely. "What do you mean you did all my homework? Grayson, are you crazy?"

"A little bit yeah?" He chuckled. I rolled my eyes and shoved his knee softly. "My birthday is December 16th. It passed a while ago, no big deal."

"You think your birthday is no big deal?" I asked, moving myself closer to him. He shrugged his shoulders before looking into my eyes.

"We spent that day together. I spent it how I wanted to, theres nothing we can do about it now." He grabbed my hand, beginning to play with my fingers. I nodded before falling forward and landing with my head upside down on the pillows, and my legs on my wall. Grayson chuckled and pulled me back down, carefully so I didn't snap my neck.

"So you did all my homework while I was in a coma?" I asked, he nodded and smiled at me. I laughed as he blushed.

"I owe you for that, don't I?" I ask again. He shook his head.
