"No it's more of a swish movement, " I explained to Draco in Extra Charms. "It's simple."

As it turns out, not many people actually needed extra charms, which suited me because the few people who knew that Draco and I were friends, the better. Today, we were attempting to learn a charm that could change the sound that comes out of an animal. It would give a cow the ability to say, 'quack,' instead of , 'moo.' It was a funny spell, but was students a while to learn. I had brought Riley in as my practice animal.

"If it's so simple, you try it again," Draco said after failing to charm his frog.

"Fine," I said, pointing my wand at Riley and giving my wand a wave while speaking the enchantment.

"Meow," spoke Riley. I bit my bottom lip in defeat. I tried again. "Moo."

"There," I said, smiling widely. Riley kept mooing in confusion.

"Very good, Miss Potter," Flitwick spoke from the front of the class.

I tried the enchantment again, Riley started to chirp like a bird. I laughed at the irony.

"Nice job," said Draco coldly. I sighed. Draco had a quick temper some times.

"You will get it." I told him as Riley started to croak like Draco's frog who looked over in confusion.

"Will you be trying out of keeper?" asked Draco as he tried the spell again. The croak was slightly higher pitched, but it was still a croak.

"I plan to," I said as Riley began to make chirping sounds like a guinea pig.

"Well I'm sure you will get the position," Draco said poitedly in a tone I thought wasn't very friendly.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked him.

"You Potters always get everything right, from Spells to positions on Quidditch Teams. Your brother didn't even see a game before he was chosen as Seeker," Draco pointed out.

I pressed my lips together, "What's your problem?"

"Nothing," Draco mumbled.

"I'm sure there are more qualified people than a girl who just started playing the day of tryouts," I thought aloud.

"Yeah," said Draco before trying the enchantment again. The Frog finally gave a small chirping sound.

"Good job," I told him, patting him on the back.

"If I was able to get this charm, who says you can't get on the team?" Draco told me. Well, Ron is supposed to be the keeper, for one, I thought. If I was keeper then what would Ron do?

"Yeah, on a different subject, is Pansy still mad at you?" I asked.

"Pansy is fine, just disappointing we couldn't hang out," Draco shrugged. "I mean, she will most likely hang out with me the rest of the evening, the moment I am out of the classroom."

"She must really like you," I noticed as Riley jumped into my lap for some attention.

"Well, our family's have arranged her and I to get married, so i can see why she would want to get to know the person she is to marry," Draco said. The frog crowed like a raven.

"Right," I said. "Luckily, I have no parents to arrange my marriage."

Draco just nodded.

"Good work, everyone!" called Professor Flitwick over the noise of animals. "Now if you would please reverse the spells you have cast on your animals to return them to normal, class is dismissed. Please write a paper about your experience with the charm, no matter if you succeeded in casting it or not."
