Caught in the Storm

Chapter 14

It was finally the end of the day and I said goodbye to my friend and told Abby I'll see her at her house. I then went to my car and got in. I got a text from Jayden.

*Can't wait to see you princess.*

I smiled at the text then started my car, I grabbed my phone and sent him a quick text.

*On my way see you soon.*

I put my phone down and got out of the parking lot. I then headed over to the Shiba house and parked my car. I got out and walked in glad Mentor wasn't here to question what I was doing there. I knocked on the door and waited for Jayden to answer. He answered the door and was wearing kakis and a red T-shirt.

"Your here." He says smiling softly.

"Where are the others?"

"They are checking the area. I told them to check throughly and to take the afternoon off and have fun without me."

"Smart move."

"Come on in."

I smile and walk in his house. He shut the door behind me and pulled me towards him.

"I miss you so much. My nightmares came back while you were gone."

"Oh Jay," I say softly. "I'm so sorry."

"It's not your fault, I was the jerk. I will tell them when they get back later tonight."

"Thank you."

"I'd do anything to get you back as my girlfriend and I'd do anything for you Casey. I knew what I wanted since day one." He says having me look at him.

"And what did you want Jayden?"

"I want you. Not just for your body but for your personality. I want to grow old with you and have a family. I just want to spend the rest of my life with you Casey. I can't imagine myself with anyone else. Please be my girlfriend again." He says then pulls away from me. 

I just look up at him unsure of what to say to him. He just then kisses me and puts his hands on my waist. My hand immediately go loosely around his neck. I smile against the kiss happy to be back in his arms. I feel him deepen the kiss as he keeps me close to him. He then picks me up and has me wrap my legs around his waist instinctively. he then carries me to his room in the house. I look around the room and saw that it was still the same as before I left. He then placed me on the bed smiling down at me. 

"I'm so glad that you came back Cas." 

"It feels good to be back here Jay."

"So what do you say about being my girlfriend again?"

"I don't know Jay, how will I know that things will be different this time."

"They will be love. I will make sure that the others know about us as soon as we get back together. I don't want to hurt you again." He says laying next to me.

I place my head on his chest as he wraps his arms around me. I felt safe here, this was my home and it's time to come back to it.
