Chapter 5: Jason & Old Memories

A/N: Cody Saintgnue is Jason! Cute right? Haha.

Previously:

"I think you've over stayed your supposed welcome," someone spat near the balcony doors. "She wants you to leave."

"And who are you?" Cal says as he turns around.

"How long have you been standing there, Jason?" I asked.

"Long enough to see that unwanted hands were on you." He glared at Cal.

"Kaylie, who is this?" Cal questioned again.

I turned to him and said, "Jason's my boyfriend."

****************

I wished the day wasn't going by so slow. Everything was tense, as you know already. My current boyfriend came into my house at the wrong time. Seriously, did he want to pick a fight with Calvin Austin? Everyone knew that you should never pick a fight with him or you would end up in the hospital.

Ugh.

Calvin, why did you have to come back?! , I thought. Then his voice got my attention again.

"Boyfriend?" Cal looked shocked. "When did this happen?"

"You don't need to know anything about our relationship," Jason shot.

"Jason, it's okay." I said calmly, as I reached and held his arm. He seemed to relax a bit from my action.

"Kaylie," Cal said sternly.

I sighed and turned to Cal. "Jason and I started dating last year."

He took a moment to gather something to say."Wow, Kay, didn't know that you could rack up a boy like him. What did you do?"

"What do you mean?" He better not cross the line, this boy.

"You know. Did you pay him? What'd you do?" Oh no he didnt. He's gonna regret he ever said that.

My eyes widened. "Are you fu*king kidding me? Is this some type of joke?"

"Obviously not, Kay." His tone dulled.

I was so angry, tears brimmed. "Calvin, let's get this straight. One: You don't have the right to call me 'Kay' or need know anything about my personal life. Two: You need to leave this house before I call the police."

He put his hands up. "Whoa, there Tiger. Since when did you think I didn't have the right?"

"Since when did you think you ever did?" Jason held me back from attacking this jerk.

"I think it's time for you to leave, Calvin." A guy's voice, different from Jason's and Cal's, echoed from behind Jason and I.

"Kyle, please, get out of this." I said, gritting my teeth. If Jason let me go, Cal would be on the ground with scratches on his face.

"No can do, Kayles." Kyle just stood there. His face stayed calm, but that never reached his eyes. He was waiting for the right moment for something to happen.

Please tell Jason to let me go so I scratch Cal's eyeballs out and break his neck, I thought, more of pleaded, to myself.

Cal laughed. "Why don't you tell your slut of a sister here to calm her ass down?"

"Jason," Kyle called and Jason looked over at him as an answer. "Let Kaylie go."

Kyle smirked when Jason let me go. He knew what going to happen to Cal. He knew all hell would break loose.
