Chanyeol's Pov
It's been a month after we broke up. I know I never been a good boyfriend to Y/N and it' not really shocking that she got tired and left me. I regret not giving her my attention when we're still ok.
We just finished our practise and I'm killing my time strolling and driving going to nowhere, I want to get home tired and just sleep.
I decided to enter the Ice cream parlor she loved. Good thing it's almost midnight so there's no customers. I am playing with my ice cream when a couple entered. I looked down when I saw it's Y/N with a guy. My heart flinched. She laughed when the guy said something to her. I can see that she's happy now and it's what she deserves. I was secretly just looking at them having great time, slowly killing myself. I want her to be happy but I want to be that person who makes her smile but it's too late, I hurt her too much. I surrendered and went out from the Ice cream parlor. I am wearing my cap and mask. I glanced at them before I finally go outside and she suddenly turn her head at me and our eyes met, I stopped for a bit removed my mask and smiled back at her but I continued walking outside.
Before I entered my car, I glanced at their location for the last time but she's gone it's only the guy was left there. I looked around and saw her behind me.
"Chanyeol." I was delighted knowing she followed me.
"Y/N Hi!" I smiled at her and scratch the back of my head.
"I had no time to give this back to you, good thing I saw you here." she handed me the necklace I gave her on our first anniversary. I was suddenly choked by my own saliva. I'm hurt, so she really wanted to get out of my life and throw all the memories we had. I just extended my hand and accepted the necklace.
"Nice seeing you Chanyeol. Bye!" then she walked away, I wasn't able to respond because I'm too shocked and hurt.
I drove fast, I can't bear the pain I'm feeling now. I shouted my heart out and drowned myself to crying.
Y/N's Pov
Because I'm bored and don't want to think of him happily dating someone else, I called my gay bestfriend. we went out even it's already midnight because I craved for ice cream. We went to my favourite ice cream parlor. As we entered the store, I noticed a guy in the corner playing his ice cream, my heart beats fast when I realized it's Chanyeol.
"Don't act gay, he's here." I immediately told my bestfriend. He just wink and we acted like we're a couple. We seated and ordered ice cream, even if Joshua is not throwing jokes I laughed every time he talks. I know I'm getting Joshua annoyed by I just widened my eyes at him, I want Chanyeol to see that I am happy too even it's just for show. I can feel him stood up and walked towards the door. I glanced at him and smiled, he removed his mask and smiled back then continued going outside. My heart jumped when he did that, sh*t I missed him so much. I followed him outside and left Joshua. He glanced at our table and when he noticed I'm no longer there he looked around. The moment I stared at his handsome face I want to hug him tight but I was overpowered with my hatred, instead I handed him the necklace he gave me on our first anniversary. I'm not sure if it's pain I see in his expression, he just didn't respond but accepted the necklace. I acted strong in front of him but when I turned my back and left him there, I cried.
~~ At Exo's Dorm
Because it's their day off tomorrow, everyone is still awake and also they're waiting for Chanyeol. They all turned their heads on the door. Chanyeol entered and was very drunk crying. Suho and Lay immediately helped him walk.
"What happened to him? If our manager will see this, all of us will be dead." Baekhyun who helped Chanyeol sits down.
"Love problems. Tsk!tsk tsk!" Chen while shaking his head looking at Chanyeol wasted and crying hopelessly.
"Hyung, Y/N gave back this necklace I gave her on our first anniversary. Does this mean she wants me totally out of her life?" Chanyeol holding the necklace looking like a mess.
"Shhh.. you need to sleep Chanyeol." Lay
"No hyung! It really hurts, I saw her earlier with a guy. I love her so much, please help me." him
"You'll find another girl Chanyeol, maybe not right away but someway soon." Kai
"Yeah, Kai is right, if you really love her you'll accept that she's happy with someone else now and be happy for her. You need to move on, that's the only thing you can do now." Xiumin
Chanyeol just cried, he stood up and went directly to his room. He immediately locked his door. The other guys we're getting worried because this is the only time that Chanyeol acted like this, only proves that he really love Y/N. They have decided to call Y/N to get some help.
Y/N's Pov
I got home and laid on my bed crying and still thinking of him, when my phone rang. It's Baekhyuns' number.
"Baekhyunah, why you're calling me this late?"
"Y/N, I know you already broke up with Chanyeol but pls help us, he's really drunk and crying endlessly.He locked himself in his room. We don't know want to do." He sounded very worried
"But why me? He has a new girlfriend right?"
"Huh? no. he doesn't have one. He's still inlove with you Y/N." I was confused but also worried now.
"Hmp. Oki I'll be there."
"Thank you y/n.We'll fetch you"
"No, it's okay. I'll just take a cab."
"Ok Y/N. be safe.we'll wait"
After the call I immediately went downstairs and hailed a cab. After few minutes I reached their dorm, I saw them gathered in the living room.
"Thanks you came. He's inside, he kept on repeating your name." suho approached me.
We went to his door. We knocked.
"Hyung, please leave me alone." It's chanyeol who shouted from his room. He sounded crying and miserable.
"Chanyeol, it's me. Please open the door." I replied and thankfully he opened it right away. I entered then I signalled every one to go to bed already.
His room is a mess, there's some bottle of beers everywhere. I pick every shirts shattered on the floor. No one speaks then he hugged me from the back sobbing.
"Y/N-nah.."
"Hmmm. Why did you drink? you know you can't handle liquor." I faced him
"Because I want to forget the pain, It really hurts seeing you with someone else."
"Hmp, how bout you, you're also dating Miranda."
"Huh.No! it's only you I love."
"Hmp!"
"Please, was that the reason you broke up and gave back the necklace to me?" I nodded then he smiled.
"oh god! you're wrong, we're just friends but who's the guy earlier?" his ears were red, his jealous. I laughed at him that made his brow raised.
"He is my gay bestfriend."
"What? So I was being jealous for no reason?" I just laughed at him, I am happy because we cleared everything and I know we'll be back to normal. We cleaned the mess in his room,then afterwards we both laid in bed.
"Thank you Y/N, I love you so much please don't leave me again."
"I love you too Chanyeol, I promise it won't happen again."
