Chapter 1
Jess POV
It's the night before me, my brother (Jack Johnson) and practically my other brother Jack Gilinsky leave for Magcon California. I walk back and forth from my wardrobe to my suitcase, finishing my packing. I close my suitcase and put my luggage by the door ready to take downstairs. We have to leave early tomorrow morning, which I don't mind that much because then we have the full day in California to relax and do what we want before Magcon starts the day after. I plug in my speakers to my phone and put on music. I scroll through the list until I get to one of my favourite songs.
'I love it when you just don't care, I love it when you dance like there's nobody there...'
Life Of The Party by one of my best friends Shawn Mendes. It's not my favourite song just because Shawn wrote it, but because the meaning is beautiful. I screenshot it and tweet it:

I get up and change into my pjs, still singing LOTP. The final verse comes on and two other voices join me singing. My door opens and my brother and Jack G come in and jump on my bed. Jack is always over, we literally call him family. Since Jack J is my brother, people know me from some of his videos and my own. Just over a year ago, he persuaded me to create my own youtube and vine account. I mostly singing videos from some requests fans give me and videos with my brother, Jack and the guys whenever we are with them which isn't that often for me since I don't really go to most events.
"Hey guys" I say smiling.
"Hey, you ready for tomorrow? We gotta be up pretty early, our flight leaves at 6." my brother says, playing with his phone.
"Yeah, my stuff is ready to take downstairs, I'm all set!" I reply excitedly.
"I'll take your stuff down to the car so we don't have to do it tomorrow." Jack says, getting up and walking to the door.
"Thanks Jack bae." I say sarcastically, looking over my shoulder. He laughs and walks out the door with my suitcase.
"So what you up to?" my brother asks, looking at my phone.
"Twitter." I reply. It's funny when I think about it, these fans have no idea that I am on their profile. Sometimes I follow them or DM them as a surprise and wait to see their reactions once they realise its me. I can't wait to go back to Magcon. I'm really good friends with the whole Magcon family. They are all like my second family, plus I haven't seen them in what feels like forever so it's gonna be good seeing them again tomorrow. Jack G comes back and takes out his phone.
"Hey guys! So I'm here with Jack and Jess and we are getting ready for Magcon California! There are still a few tickets left so hurry and get them now because we wanna see as many of our beautiful fans as we can, love you guys!"
"Awh Jack you cutie" I say winking sarcastically. He makes an angel face in return. I check the time. 9:47pm. We were planning on sleeping at 11, since we gotta be up early. Otherwise I usually stay up until I can't stay awake any longer.
"Do you guys wanna watch a movie with me?" I ask, as I walk over to my DVD stand.
"YAAASSSS" They shout back at me.
I laugh at how stupid they can be. "You guys sound like crack kid!" I put their favourite film 21 Jump Street in and I get into bed inbetween them.

The movie ended jut after 11 and we decided to get some sleep.
"I'm gonna head out, night Jess." My brother says yawning. He kisses my cheek as Jack G does the same and they walk out. I love those guys. No wonder they have awesome fans. I put my phone on charge and set my alarm for 3:40am. As tired as I was, I was still super excited about tomorrow.
