Chapter 23 / Part 1: First date

Cameron's POV

The next morning I woke up with Jess, in her room. For the past few days we stayed with each other in either rooms depending if Mahogany was in Jess' or Nash was in mine.
I grabbed my phone from the nightstand and checked the time: 8:34am. I looked at Jess who's head was resting on my chest, falling and rising with my every breath.
Slowly but carefully I rested her head on the pillow and slid out of bed. I grabbed a room key and my phone and headed out to my room to get my board shorts for the pool.
When I got to my room I reached into my back pocket for the room key and slid it against the lock to enter.
I entered quietly as I saw Nash and Drew sleeping in one bed and hayes in the other;who was spread out in a star shape.
I silently laughed at the sight and took a photo. Definite one to put on Twitter!
I picked out my American flag shorts and a new shirt. I changed in the bathroom before heading out down to the pool.
I text Jess on my way to the elevator to let her know where I was.
C - good morning gorgeous. goin down 2 the pool, see u soon💙
I got into the elevator, pressed the button and leant against the wall as it went down.

Jess' POV

Iwoke up the next morning feeling the happiest I've ever felt but there was one thing I noticed...
I hadn't had a nightmare since I'd been here.
This made me both happy and scared. I was scared that when I go home for that short period of time before I move back out to LA, they would come back...no they wouldn't...would they?

I looked around for Cameron until I noticed he wasn't here. I checked the time on my phone 8:47am as my phone vibrated from a text. It was from Cam.
C - good morning gorgeous. goin down 2 the pool, see u soon💙
J - good morning! Ok💙
I locked my phone and got up and got changed into my turquoise bikini and threw my brothers hoodie on.
The door clicked and Mahogany and Jacob came in.
"Hey Jess! where you goin?" Mahogany said, embracing me in a hug.
"Meeting Cam at the pool" I said smiling, as Jacob gave me a hug too.
"Awesome! So what are your plans for today?" Jacob asked
"Cameron wants to take me out on a date since we haven't really had a proper first date" I said smiling.
"Awh that's so cute!" Mahogany said with a huge smile.
"Yeah, alright well I'll see you guys later" I smiled before walking out the door.

I looked around the corner to the pool to see where cam was. I saw him sitting in the hottub talking to an elderly couple. That's one of the things I love most about Cameron. No matter who the person is, he will talk to them. Just talking to him and seeing his smile can make you feel happy forever.
I put my towel on the sunbed next to his and made my way over to him. As I got closer he looked in my direction and gave me a smile.
"...and this is my girlfriend Jess I was telling you about" he said smiling, as he took my hand to help me into the hottub.
"You really are as beautiful as he said you were" the woman said with a wink.
I looked at Cam who was blushing with a smile. So he really has been talking about me.
"Thank you so much. How are you?" I asked.

Cameron's POV

As Jess made conversation with the elderly couple, I couldn't help but smile. The way she smiled, laughed, and had no problem speaking to anyone.
"So are you two alone on vacation?" The man asked.
"No we are here with friends too but right now we are alone" I said.
"Well I wish you guys the best of luck for the future. Enjoy your vacation!" The woman said as she and her husband stepped out.
"Well hey" She said laughing.
"Hey" i chuckled as I kissed her.
"How did you start talking to them?"
"The woman commented on how I'm such a 'handsome young man'" i said, quoting the compliment with his fingers.
"Well she's not wrong" Jess said, kissing me before getting out of the hottub to go in the main pool.
I got in and swam to the middle after her. I put my hands on her waist as she wrapped her legs around mine.
"Bet you can't hold your breath as long as me" i said smirking.
"Okay then try me" She said sassily. "1...2...3!"
We dipped our heads under water and held each other's hands to steady ourselves.
Jess laughed at my expression as I couldn't hold my breath any longer. I gave up and came up for air.
"Haha told you!!" She said coming up after me. "1-0 Jess" she said,doing a mini victory dance with her arms.
"Oh yeah bet I can catch you though" i said.
She began to swim away as fast as possible but I was right on her trail.
I grabbed her waist and spun her around.
"Pfft please I wasn't even trying" she said winking.
"Hahaha yeah okay" I said laughing.
She always makes me laugh. Another thing I love.
Our eyes locked again, looking from our eyes to our lips.
"I love you" I whispered, as our foreheads rested against each other's.
"I love you too" she replied.
Our lips touched again. I didn't even realised we had sunk ourselves under water as we did an under water kiss.
I had to pull away to come up for air.
"Ooh our first underwater kiss" I said winking as she came up after me.
She smiled brightly and kissed me again.

Jess' POV

After swimming, we got changed and headed back up to our floor.
As we walked in to the elevator, 2 little girls were in there.
"Hey cuties, how are you?" I said, kneeling down at their level brushing my hair behind my ear.
"Hello" they said in Union with their cute baby voices.
"I know you" one said shyly. "And you!" She said pointing at Cameron too.
"Oh really? How?"
"My sister likes you. She always speaks about you"
"My sister does too!" The other said excitedly.
"Awh! What are their names?" I asked.
"Anna"
"Inbar" one said after the other.
Me and Cameron looked at each other and then back down at the girls.
"Woah really? They are two of our best friends! Are you going to see them?"
"Yeah, we are going home today so we are coming to say bye"
"Well then let me take you to them" I said smiling. I stood up as the doors opened.
When we got there, I took their hands on either side of me and walked them down to my brothers room, with Cameron holding Anna's sister's hand on my right.
"Okay they might be sleeping so shh" I said, pressing my finger to my lips. As I opened their door. Their door was always open.
I walked in and saw all of them still sleeping. I nodded at the girls and they ran and jumped on their sisters.
They all woke up and realised who was there. Soon they broke into conversation. Jacks introducing themselves, laughing, hugging...it was very cute. I waved at them and closed the door on my way out.
"Your so good with kids" Cameron said, kissing the side of my forehead as he put his arm around my waist.
"I love them" I said smiling.
"You'll be a great mom to our kids"
"Our kids?" I chuckled.
"Yeah. my love for you is infinite." He said as we got into the room.
