Jess POV
After the juice bar, we all slowly made our way back to the hotel. The sun was barely noticeable over the horizon.
We all made plans to go for dinner and then to watch a movie in me and Mahogany’s room.
We all got to our level of the hotel and went to our rooms.
“SHOUTGUN SHOWER FIRST!” I yelled as I walked into the room.
“Dang it! I knew that was gonna happen” Mahogany said.
I laughed as I grabbed a towel and turned the shower on. The warm water felt soothing on my skin, as it washed away all the tiny grains of sand.

“What to wear, what to wear, what to wear…” I repeated to myself, as I searched the closet for an outfit.
“Here, why don’t you wear this.” Mahogany said, as she laid out a cute turquoise skater skirt and a white lace boob tube crop top outfit.
“You know, what would I do without you!” I said, as we high fived.
As Mahogany took a shower, I started my hair and make-up. I put on eyeliner with a flick on the top, and lightly outlined the bottom by my tear line. I applied a light coat of foundation since I thankfully had hardly any acne, with mascara and lipgloss to finish. I decided to just straighten my long brown and blonde hair.
As Mahogany walked out of the bathroom, I sat on the bed and scrolled through twitter and vine. Mahogany was dressed and ready to go within 10 minutes. She has such beautiful natural curly hair, we doesn’t need to do anything with it. I grabbed my purse and room key and walked towards the door before Mahogany pulled me back.
“Aren’t you forgetting something?” She said to me, with a slight smirk.
I looked at her in confusion until I glanced at her phone which was on camera mode. “Oh yeah” I said with a wink.
She walked to the lampshade for better lighting as I followed behind singing ‘SELFIE’.
We were in the middle of a serious photo when the door opened.
“Knock knock!” Taylor said, as he entered. “Taking selfies I see”
“Yeah, would you care to join us in one?” I asked
He jumped over the bed and stood between us as we continued to take photos until Mahogany’s memory was almost full.
“Well that was fun!” I said, scrolling through the photos.
“Knock knock!” Cameron said, as he entered.
“What is it with you guys saying knock knock but not actually knocking?” I said laughing.
“It’s too much effort to knock” Cameron said shrugging.
“I swear all guys were born lazy” Mahogany said.
“Anyways, the guys decided applebee’s, cool?”
“Yeah sure!” we replied in union.
“Alright let’s go!” Cameron said, as he held the door open for us.
“Oh why thank you kind sir” Taylor said in a girly voice as he walked down the hall with Mahogany.
He laughed and turned to me. I admired his features that I’ve missed. His jawline, his smile…okay I better stop before it looks like I’m daydreaming about him.
“After you” He said, as he gestured with his hand.
“Thanks”
I waited for him as he closed the door and we walked down the hallway to the elevator.
“Where did you learn to surf like that?” I asked him with curiosity.
“Oh my dad taught me! Pretty cool huh?”
“Yeah! I can’t wait to try it tomorrow! You have to teach me that swerve thing you did!” I said excitedly, as we waited for the elevator to reach our floor.
Camerons POV
I was so happy she remembered about going to the beach tomorrow. But most of all, I was happy with myself that I impressed her that much.
We walked into the elevator and pressed the button.
Jess linked her arm around mine and rested her head on my shoulder. This was my chance. This was my shot.
I looked down at her and lifted her chin with my finger. I slowly leaned in as she did…we were inches apart…barely any space left between us…

The elevator doors opened and we walked out. Jess looked up at me and saw the disappointment on my face. She stood on her tiptoes and whispered “Next time” and kissed my cheek. I smiled as we continued to walk out to the limo waiting for us.

This was kinda a filler chapter but its still pretty exciting;)
So on each chapter I was thinking of doing like a QOTD for you guys but I'm going to call it 'QOTC' (Question Of The Chapter) instead:) Here we go!
