Jess POV
“Okay…so gate 7 is where we board” I say, staring with concentration at the plane ticket as we walk to starbucks. Our flight leaves in less than an hour from now. We walked into Starbucks to pass time. I ordered my Salted Caramel Mocha and sat in a far corner whilst Jack and Jack took pictures with a few of their fans. It wasn’t even 6am yet and they were already here to seem them. They are so dedicated to them. As I took sips from my mocha whilst scrolling through my twitter timeline, two girls, both about my age came over to me, both smiling so brightly as if their mouths were permanently smiling. They were both wearing Magcon shirts and had their phones clutched in their hands.
“Hey girls, what’s up?” I say smiling. I was kind of glad someone had recognised I was here too.
“Hey! Oh my god Jess this is crazy I love you so much!” A dark brown haired girl squealed.
I chuckle at her reaction. “Awh I love you too! Would you guys like to sit with me whilst I wait for Jack and my brother?”
“Sure!” They said instantly and sat in the two seats opposite me.
“So you girls are here before 6am just to see me and the Jacks?” I asked,sipping my mocha.
“Actually we are waiting for our flight to California like you guys. We are coming to Magcon!” The other girl said in reply. She looked similar to the other girl, maybe perhaps even sisters.
“That’s awesome! So I’ll see you there! Hey I’ve never asked your names?”
“I’m Anna and she’s Inbar, my sister.” She said, pointing to the girl next to her.
“Awh you guys have cute names!” I say smiling. “So have you spoken to Jack and Jack yet?”
“No we couldn’t get to them. There was too many girls around them.”
I looked over in my brothers direction and she was right. There were a lot of girls still crowding around them. You could just about see Jack G’s head when he turned back to look in our direction, clearly directing that smile at Inbar.
“How about you girls stay and chat for a while until they get back?” I say smirking. I could tell Jack liked Inbar so this was his chance to speak to her.

After about 15 minutes of chatting with the girls, the Jacks finally came back over and threw themselves onto the sofa next to me. It wasn’t until they realised who was sitting infront of them, that they sat up and nervously stared up at them as if they were madly in love with them.
Snapping them from their thoughts I said “So I was talking to these girls whilst you were over there. This is Inbar…and this is Anna!”
They smile brightly, their eyes directing from me to one of the Jacks as I talk. Clearly knowing what was going on here, I got up and excused myself to the bathroom. I checked my phone for the time. We only had over 30 minutes until our flight. I guarantee I’ll probably be sleeping unless something distracts me. Unaware of where I was walking, I walked straight into someone, causing my phone to fall. It was like watching it in slow motion as it fell closer to the ground before a hand caught it, inches above the ground. I followed the hand up to the body, to the face of a handsome, muscular teenage boy. He had dirty blonde hair with green and hazel eyes. He was very handsome, but there was just something about him, something I couldn’t put my finger on, that didn’t seem right…
“Oh my god I’m so sorry, are you okay?” he asked, with a concerned look.
“Oh yeah I’m fine…it was my fault anyway, I wasn’t looking where I was going.” I said with a smile.
“Thanks for saving my phone!”
“Oh no problem! I’m Jake by the way.” He said, stretching out his hand to shake.
“Jess” I replied. My hand in his grasp.
“So where are you heading?” Jake asked, placing his hands in his pockets.
“California, you?”
“No way me too!”
“Wow really? I’ll see you there!” I said with a wink.
“Well if you are available, maybe we could hang out sometime?”
I paused to think it through. I had only just met him. He was cute and all…but there really was something about hi that made me considered it. I shook the thought off. It was just a first impression. “Sure!”
We exchanged numbers and headed back in our original directions. I got back to the Jacks and my new friends.
“You should call us when you get there! We can get you backstage passes to hang out with us all.” Jack G said. I could tell he was totally into her.
They beamed with excitement.
“Flight 220 to California is now boarding” the intercom broadcasted throughout the airport.
“That’s us! Where are your seats?” my brother asked.
“We got general tickets so I guess that puts us in second class” Anna said.
“That sucks! We are in first since our tickets are paid for”
We reached the tunnel connecting the plane. I was half way down the tunnel when I realised I was walking on my own. I turned around to see my brothers arms around Anna’s waist and Jack’s hands on Inbar’s hips. You’d swear they are couples…how much did I miss when I went to the bathroom? I sighed and walked back towards them. I swear to god, if the rest of the guys have girlfriends, it’s going to be a depressing trip being the single one of the group.
“Guys come on, the planes gonna leave before we get on, let’s goooo” I said, dragging the ‘o’ and tugging on Jack’s shirt. Anna and Inbar received a sneaky kiss from their admirers on the cheek before walking towards me.
“I’ll see you in Magcon! I’ll look out for you both! Not that it’s gonna be hard with your admirers over there.” I said leaning in and jerking my head in the direction of the Jacks. They blushed and we said our goodbyes until then and I joined the boys in first class. The best part of having famous brothers was the fact we get to fly first class. I sat on the recliner-bed seat in my own compartment in between them both. (A/N: See photo)
I waited until the plane was in mid-air and then plugged my headphones into the tv and watched a movie. Only two hours until beautiful California.
