Chapter 17: My end

Cameron’s POV

“Bye beautiful” I said, as the last fan left my stand. I looked around at Carter’s and Matt’s stand. Jess wasn’t there.

“Hey Matt, have you seen Jess?” I asked, jumping up onto his stand.

“She left 20 minutes ago to get me some autograph pictures in the back but she hasn’t come back since.” He said, scratching the back of his neck.

“Oh okay thanks man” I said, making my way to the back.

I opened the door and called her name. No reply. I looked down at the table where the extra pictures were and found a note.

I picked it up and began to read it.

‘ Good luck finding Jess.

You’ll be lucky to see her again whilst you can.’

Panic swept over me like a wave. I dropped the note and sprinted back to the guys. Tears dripped over my face as I ran.

“Woah Cameron, what’s wrong dude? Is everything okay?” Taylor asked, as I approached them all.

I could barely speak. “Jess…she-she’s been taken…kid-kidnapped. We need to find her now.” I said, as steadily as I could.

Jack J slow sunk to his knees, breaking down in tears.

“Jess…shes gone…I’m never going to find her.” He cried.

Jack G got down on his knees facing Jack. He put his hands on his shoulders. “Jack listen to me, we will find her. I promise. We just need to find a lead to the person who could have taken her.” He said, looking up at us on the last sentence.

“Wait…” Carter said.

“What?!” I asked eagerly. I could tell by his voice he was leading onto something here.

“Matt remember that person who was texting me before the show? The one who was like ‘ I know more than you think. Watch out.’? Well, it could be her.” He said, taking out his phone.

Matt’s face lit up in shock.

“Because I have the number, I could search it and it could lead us to a possible address that they have taken Jess.”

And with that, he began typing fast. We all watched him intensely.

After a few minutes, he stopped typing and gasped.

“What??” Nash asked.

“I know where this address is! It’s that really creepy looking house that we passed on the way here from the airport and the mall! Let’s go now!!” Carter screamed.

“But how are we going to get there on our own?? We don’t have a car just for us!” Hayes said, as we ran down the corridors from the event rooms.

“Yeah we do. There is a Land Rover in case we needed it.” Taylor said, as we got into the lobby, attracting the attention of many people coming in and out of the hotel.

We got into the car. Me and Nash infront, Carter, Jack J and Mahogany in the back and the rest in the huge trunk.

The car ride was silent, except for crying, until two phones started ringing. One was mine. I looked down at mine and saw Jess’ name. Desperateness, love and fear filled my heart.

I answered immediately.

 Jess POV

I woke up in a completely different place, a completely different room. My hands were tied behind my back so tight I could feel the rope cutting into my hands and wrists. I looked around at my body for a sign of my phone but it wasn’t there. My clothes had rips and blood over them, from the deep gashes in my legs and arms. I fought hard to keep consciousness.
