Lucas's POV
(3 weeks later)All the stuff I tell her, it's true. I'm not gassing her at all. She's brushing her in the bathroom and I'm just trying to get dressed.
I heard the water stop and then I heard her say something.
"In one ear and out the other." She told herself as she looked down at the sink.
She took a deep breath and walked out the bathroom. I looked back at my dresser and looked at all the colognes I had."Which one ma?" I ask her. She looked at me and the the two bottles I had in my hand.
She walked up to me and smelt them both.
"That one." She said smiling. I sprayed the polo on me and finessed my curls a little more.
I heard heels and I saw Sierra walk to the bed and put her leg across the other while trying to zip her shoe. She almost fell.
"Ain't you too young for them?" I ask her. She shook her head."No. My best friend got them for me." She says as she puts her leg down after zipping the shoe.
"Aye I'm ya best friend now." I tell her as I walk up to her. She laughs lightly and shakes her head.
"Even with heels, you still short as f*ck." I tell her. She smacked her teeth.
"Stop cursing." She says walking out the room.
I smirked. She used to cuss up a storm when she first got here. But she don't do it no more.I grabbed my wallet, phone and keys and headed to the front.
She was sitting at the bar messing with her phone.Yeah I got her a phone. I feel like I can trust her now. She going back to school today so I mean, I had to get her something so she could call me whenever she needed.
Sierra's POV
New school. New people. New start right?
"Alright. You got my sh*t. Call me or text me if you need anything. A nigga mess wit you, I'll fly my *ss back up to this damn school." Lucas started. I smiled at him. He's the only person who's ever cared about me for real.
He let out a breath and looked at the wheel.
"You're more nervous than I am." I tell Lucas. He chuckled and nodded.
