I'm really freaking out right now! I push past the crowds, trying to get to the back so I can hide in the changing room. Stacey clocks me and gets in my way.

"Hey what's up?!" She asks shouting over the music.

"I've got to go!"

"Already? Why?"

I sigh and hold her hand dragging her with me over to the changing room. I almost make us fall over I'm walking that quickly. We stumble in to the back and I shut the door, breathing heavily.

"What the hell Layla? What's wrong?" She asks looking at me strange.

"This was a bad idea." I shake my head feeling myself starting to tremble.

"Tell me what has happened!"

I run my hands through my hair in frustration and pace back and forth.

"Layla!" She grabs my arms, making me stand still. She looks me in the eyes, looking concerned.

"There's a guy out there who I work with. Marcus recently employed him." I rub my forehead and pull a face.

"Are you sure? There's loads of guys out there. Maybe you saw someone who looked like him?"

I breathe out heavily and bite my lip. Maybe she's right...

"Come on, out of all the places, and all the nights, that guy just so happens to be here? The night you come back. It's probably on your mind that you might get seen, and you just thought you saw someone."

"Yeah..." I say slowly. "Maybe..." I nod, trying to believe her.

"You're just over thinking it." She smiles, trying to reassure me.

"Yeah, I mean, it probably was just someone who looked like him. I'm being stupid."

"No you're not. It's natural you would feel like that a little bit. You're having a good time though right?"

"Yeah, of course. The best time I've had in a while."

"So do you want to go back out there? Or are you calling it a night?"

I think for a second and show half a smile.

"Me? Call it a night? Hell no."

"There you go." She grins. "Take five in here if you want, and come out when you're ready."

"Thanks Stacey." I smile.

"No problem." She winks and walks out.

I sigh and close my eyes. I'm really being paranoid right now. I shake my head and go back outside. Like Michael would really be here anyway. But then again, he has shown up pretty much every where I go... shut up Layla. Just dance girl.

I look around the busy bar and around the stage. I don't see him. I sigh with relief and smile to myself as I dance around the pole again. I must have been seeing things. I get back in to the rhythm of things, picking up where I left off. About 30 minutes later I see Ruby trying to get my attention. I unwrap myself from around the pole, and walk over to where she is standing.

"What's up?" I ask moving close to her ear so she can hear me over the music.

"There's a guy who wants a private lap dance from you!"

I raise my eyebrows and chuckle, shaking my head.

"I'm not doing that tonight."

"He's already said he's got a lot of money to spend, and he is fine!"

"I'm just on stage tonight, I'm not ready for that just yet."

"Well what are we gonna tell him?"
