OTP [Corrin x Reader]

By reading the title, it's obviously male Corrin. Request by Mishy_de_1. STORYTIME!

You walked up and saw Corrin, writing in a book. He was obviously thinking hard about something. You walked up to the prince and general of the army. He must have a lot on his shoulders. You sat next to him, he didn't even notice you. You cleared your throat and he looked up at you, a slight blush on his cheeks. Wait, was he embarrassed? Something made you believe that wasn't just a tactics book. He slammed it shut and put on a smile.

"Oh! Hey (Your name)! Do you need something?"

You rose an eyebrow, looking a thing the book. The cover was soemthing curious. It had three letters in bold on the front. What the three letters meant? You had no clue. You think the three letters were OTP. You wondered what it could stand for? Eh, it doesn't hurt to ask. The worst he can do is not tell you what it means.

"Yeah. What's OTP?"

Corrin's blushed and tired hiding the book behind it, as if trying to erase it from reality. He smiled at you awkwardly for a moment, straining himself. He sighed when he realized you weren't going to budge. He took the book and opened it to the first page, the one that explained what everything was.

"OTP stands for one true pairing. Basically, I am trying to find the perfect people in the army for eachother and shipping them. I influence events to happen so they will end up together. It's  justified I swear!"

Corrin was embarassed because this was the first time someone caught him shipping and fanboying. Back in the Nohrian Fortress he would constantly ship the staff, sometimes even ordering two servants to do the same task so they'd run into eachother and hide around the corner to see them interact. Normally it went well. He actually was the one who got Flora to develop a crush on Jakob! They're so close to marriage he can taste it! Wait, back to you. He forgot you were there for a moment.

You took his little book and read the little glossary he wrote out on the front page. Ship: short for relationship. OTP: one true pairing. Support: their conversations. Rank S: when the OTP has enough supports to get married. You flipped to the next page to see flora and jakob's Little doodle there and some Info on stuff. Mostly why they make a good couple. You coudlnt help but snicker at this. This was adorable. Looking over at the prince and seeing his flustered face made it even better.

"So you take two people and prove why they'd be perfect together? That's real cute. I wonder..."

You started flipping through the pages until you saw a little doodle of Corrin. You smirked stood him and watched his face go from dusted pink to entirely red when you saw a doodle of none other than yourself next to him. There wasn't any words justness lots of doodles of the two of you doing cute stuff together. Holding hands, cuddling, nose kisses, and other adorable stuff that just made you want to ruffle his hair and Boop his nose. You had to admit how adorable and sweet of a gesture this was. You sideways glanced at him, pursing your lips with a curl at the edges. 

"So, we're an OTP? Too bad we don't have enough "supports" for that yet, Corrin. But I'd love to get to rank S."

Corrin's jaw dropped as you stood up and handed him the book. With a wink and a blow kiss, you turned around and started walking away. You felt confident and happy. Notnonly do you know what shipping Is and that Corrin literally has control of who can marry who, but he also has a crush on you. 

This was going to be fun.
