LISA'S POV

"Have you heard about the news?" girls in our front are gossiping again haist.

"Yes, Seulgi unnie wants to retire from being school president because of Irene." The other one said.

Seulgi is retiring for Irene? She has only one term and she's retiring? Since when did they start seeing each other? Irene is not yet here.

Good Morning students, this is your Principal. Ms. Lisa Manoban, please come to my office. ASAP.

We heard the principal from the speaker. Why does she want to see me?

"Lisa, were you in trouble?" I heard Rosé asked me. Why does she think like I am always in trouble? Aish.

"Aniyah! I don't know why she's calling me, I am always with you guys how can I make a trouble huh?" I defended myself.

Mr. Yang entered our class. "Ms. Manoban, I heard the principal want to talk to you. You are excused you can go now." He said as soon as he looks at me.

Jennie tugs my skirt. "If you are in trouble, Manoban , you're so dead." She threatened me. And by that 'you're dead' it means pleasure and pain. I gulp at her and smiled nervously.

"I'll go now; I'll meet you as soon as I'm done with the principal okay?" I said to them and kissed my girl on her forehead to say goodbye.

As I was walking through the hallway I saw Irene and Seulgi together. "So the gossips are real?" I blurted out.

"Are you jealous?" Irene asked me jokingly.

"Nah. My girl is hotter though yours is a school president," I said playfully.

"I was," Seulgi answered and I stared at her in confusion.

"Good luck, Lisa." She then said and they walk happily. What does it mean?

I knocked three times to the Principal's Office and entered it. "Lisa, you're here." She said politely.

"Yes, auntie what is it? I don't remember any trouble I caused these few months." I said to her frankly. We owned this campus that's why we want the best people inside. My auntie is our school Principal. She's good to me. There are times that I am involved to some gossips and she's shutting them down. She's more of a protector. I'm her favorite, I guess? Hahaha.

"Pranpriya you are not in trouble." She said smiling at me as I sat on the chair in front of her table.

"Then why do you need to ask me to come to see you here and voice it out. Everyone thinks I'm in trouble, Auntie." I pouted at her.

Auntie pinches my cheeks and laughs at me. "Ms. Kang Seulgi is giving up her position as School President." She said as she gets back to her chair sitting while her legs are crossed.

"And so? Are you going to ask me to be in her position as a substitute until you found your chosen one?" I laughed joking at her.

"No." she said briefly "I want you to be the new School President as her replacement, Lisa." she added.

"Wait, what? Auntie, you are joking right?" I laughed at her nervously waiting for her to say that she's just playing around.

"I am afraid that I'm not." She said.

"B-but you know I can't do that. I can't handle such kind of position." I said lowering my tone.

"Don't degrade yourself, Lisa. I know you can. I could see how you change and you are doing your best in your academics." She said trying to convince me "Your father would be proud if he ever heard about this." She said softly
