"Kaiden, you can get out now." Mrs. Black said sternly.

Kaiden pouts. "Can't. I promise to stay." Mrs. Black shakes her head disappointedly while Kaiden just laugh.

She turns her head toward me. She lays a triangle on the bed and a bunch of clothes. "Which ones do you like?"

I stare at her blankly, and she stares back at my delight. I know this game. We stare at each other for a while until she gives up and picks out an outfit for me.

"Ok then. Go wear this in the bathroom. I'll be here waiting." She hands me the clothes and I stare at them.

There was an awkward silence and Kaiden starts chuckling.

"I can't!!" He laughs harder until he was spasming on the floor.

I look at him and give him the clothes. He returns it to his mother, and she returns it to me. I throw the clothes behind me and their eyes widen making Kaiden laugh harder.

 I like it. I like it when he laughs. I grip his leg and pull him toward me. His eyes widen, and he picks me up!

"Okay.... that was unexpected but cute, like a pup." Mrs. Black's eyes narrow and she starts inspecting me. I nuzzle Kaiden's neck while I play with his hair!

"Where did you guys meet again?" Mrs. Black asks.

"In the old forest by Beyond lake," Kaiden asks sensing the rising tension in her mother while I play with the button that controls the light.

"What kind of person did she seems like?" Mrs. Black insists.

Kaiden walks over to me and covers my hand with his.

"As you can see, she is not like any other girl that I've seen. When I saw her, she was in her wolf form playing with a rabbit. She was assertive, strong, and so beautiful. When she was coming toward me, she seems so elegant but so aggressive. I loved it!"

He caresses my head and kisses my forehead. I lean toward his hand and sigh. I sleepily blink at the female hybrid.

"So you didn't meet her in her human form? That's weird! Could she be an orphan, like the one whose parents abandon to wild wolves?" She asks quietly knowing that she won't get an answer. "Can you speak?"

She asks mentioning to her mouth, and I just stare at her while Kaiden seems to have frozen probably thinking about orphans and wild wolves.

"Say ah..." She waits for me and when I didn't do anything she spoke while doing the gestures. "Say AH..." She yells, and I jump. Kaiden opens his mouth and says 'ah'. She waves over to me and I open my mouth like my mate did. "Ah..." I copied her but no sound came out. "Louder! AHH!"

"A..hhh." A squeaky and breathy sound came out, and I gasp and giggle. Mrs. Black starts clapping, and I copied her.

She nods to herself and picks up the clothes from the bed. " It's fine! She looks like a fast learner. This will be a good challenge. Here hold out your hands." She pulls the T-shirt over my head and it tightens around my lungs constricting my air passage. She tries to pull what she called jeans on me but I had enough and shredded them.

***5 minutes later***
Mrs. Black looks at the pile of shredded clothes on the floor while Kaiden just laughs silently in the corner ignoring his mother's glares.

"She won't wear anything. It's almost afternoon. We need to introduce her to the family and the pack. She needs to at least show her face, and she needs clothes for that." His mom starts pacing the room running her hands through her hair.
