Destiny's Story

Chapter 24.

Destiny POV:

It's been 8 years since the moon goddess visited me. 8 Years since everyone's memories has been wiped. Max would be 15 today.

I smiled as the alarm clock on the table said 00:00. "Happy birthday Max. I love you and we will see each other again." I whispered with a smile then blew out the candle on the cup cake.

Once I have set it outside the doorstep like I do each year I made my way upstairs past Coles room then past Mirabella's to Will and my room.

I entered and closed the door quietly. Once I was under the covers Will pulled him towards me. I smiled happy that I started the day on a good note.

I woke up to the light pitter patter of feet. I heard the door creak as it opened and Cole's voice called out. "Mommy? Daddy?" I heard Will groan and Mirabella giggle. I opened my eyes as Cole stood before me. I nodded my head and he climbed over me in-between Will and I while Mirabella snuggled into his chest.

This is my family. Will and I married a year after Max died. A few months later our 6 year old Prince was born, Cole William Black. 4 Years after that our adorable 2 year old Mirabella Robin Black was born.

A few moths after Max died we got the title king and queen of the wolfs. It was hard having to mask my sadness in front of my mate. Talking about things that never happened. But I got used to it and am happier then I've ever been. Every year on Maxine's birthday I put a cupcake outside. The morning when I go back down its gone. I like to think its Maxine. I know its probably a cat or something but I like to imagine.

I was snapped out of my thoughts as William pecked my lips. "Morning love." he whispered. I smiled. "I love you." He smiled as well and we looked back down at our beautiful children.

He seemed lost in thought as his expression grew sour. "Cole, can you please take your sister down and go watch some T.V.? We'll be down in a minute sweetheart." He nodded then jumped off the bed dragging his sister along.

"Will, what is it?" He looked at me, eyes wide. "What the fuck happened?" He whispered. "Will? What? What happened?" I asked once more getting worried. "What the hell happened with Maxine? Why do I suddenly remember her?" My eyes grew wide. Not now. I'm not prepared. I don't know what the future holds. But I sure as hell intent on keeping it away from my family!

AAAH! Its done! Destiny's story is done! This is so exiting but sad as well......... Thank you so so so so so much for reading my first book. You have no idea how much it means to me. If I were to do a 2nd book it would definitely be later on. I want to finish Run away Royal first. Then I have to edit this book as well as my other. Again thank you for reading my book.
