"So, we have to think of a song that we can dance to," Daniel told his group.

Jihoon, Seob, Samuel, and Seongwu.

"How about Get Ugly?" Samuel suggested.

"Oh, that's great!"

Jihoon made a face at Seob.

"So, we're dancing to Get Ugly now?" Seongwu asked the others. Everyone nodded.

"Who wants to be the center?" Daniel asked.

"We all want to be the center," Seob told him.

"Well, yes. But, who wants to volunteer?"

Jihoon and Samuel both raised their hands.

"Ugh, why is this happening?" Jihoon muttered. Thankfullly, no one heard him.

"Uhm..." Jihoon struggled to think of a reason why he should be the center. "When I was a child, I've been involved in acting workshops and dramas, so I think my facial expressions can be great. As the center."

The others nodded at him.

"I've been practicing dance ever since I was a child," Samuel said. "I'm pretty sure my moves and facial expressions have gotten a lot better through the years as well."

"So..." Daniel said, urging the others to talk more.

"I think Samuel should be the center," Seongwu said.

Jihoon gulped as the others just looked at him.

"Why?" Daniel asked him.

"Because Samuel's a foreigner, right?"

"Half Mexican," he corrected.

"Yeah. So in addition to his dancing skills and facial expressions, the fact that this is a foreign song and he looks foreign might just make the dance look a lot better if he was the center."

"So, is everyone okay with Samuel being the center?" Daniel asked the others.

Jihoon and Seob forcefully said "Yes."

"So, let's start making the dance!"

"I hate it. I fucking hate it. I hate everything!" Jihoon continuously punched the table. It was lunch time the next day.

"Yah, don't do that. Just eat." Guanlin stopped Jihoon's hand from punching the table again and pulled it towards his plate.

"I'm not hungry."

"Do I have to feed you?"

"Guanlin, really... thanks a lot. But, I'm really not hungry."

"You have to eat. You barely ate during recess."

"Yeah, go listen to him," Sungwoon said before stuffing another spoonful of his lunch in his mouth.

"Fine. I'm eating. See for yourselves."

"You better finish that."

"I will."

"Where's he?" Their classmate asked out loud.

"Aish, shut up! It's better that he's not here, do you wanna answer the quiz?"

It was already the last period for this day yet all of the students were still stressed out over school and the upcoming talent show.

Jihoon and Guanlin were at the back, drowned in their own conversation.

"I'm still so fucking annoyed! He became the center!"

"Jihoon, just look on the bright side. Like you always do."

"Well, what's on the bright side?!" He snapped.

Guanlin sighed. "You can still show your talents, and everyone else in the team are in good terms with you."

"Well, you know what really annoys me?"

"What is it?"

"It's that when Seongwu hyung said yesterday that Samuel fits the center image more, it's like they completely forgot about me, that I even volunteered to be the center. And what's worse is that Samuel is actually good at dancing!"

"Jihoon, I think you have to let go of your past already."

"I have!"

"You haven't. You're still mad at Samuel. You want him to look bad."

"But I don't like him anymore!"

"But, that doesn't mean your grudge has went away."

Jihoon didn't know what to say. Guanlin was right. He still wanted to seek revenge. He's still angry for what he did to him.

"So, what should I do about it?"

"You should start thinking that him being the center is a good idea."

"And why is that?"

"Because you said he's good at dancing, Seongwu hyung said he fits the center image, so the overall performance will look really good, therefore making your whole group look good."

"I never really thought about it that way."

"You should. I know you're an optimistic person."

Jihoon sighed and couldn't help but smile at the younger. "Since when were you this wise?"

"I hide a lot of things."

He moved his chair closer to Guanlin and hugged his arm, laying his head on his shoulder. "You're such a blessing."

"Thanks?" He awkwardly patted Jihoon's back.

"The teacher's here!" Their class president shouted. "Sit down, everyone!"

Jihoon moved back to his place. "Good luck."
