YASMINES P.O.V—

Ethan stormed out of the class and I looked at Grayson and he had a worried look on his face.

"What was that about?" Nick asked.
"Nothing got to do with you." Grayson quickly answered and glared at him.

Allison gave me the signal to go after Ethan and that's what I did.
"Miss Cortez you're not aloud to go out of class!" Mrs Summers yelled at me and I didn't listen.

"Do any of you listen?!" Mrs Summers screamed.
"No not really." Allison shrugged and laughed.

I think I saw Ethan go into the main hallway so I followed him and I heard voices.
He wasn't alone. Who was he talking to?

It was Kendall's voice. There was shouting and I took a closer look to see what was going on.

I watched Ethan push Kendall against the lockers and I saw him grab her wrist and laugh in her face.
When he did that, it was as if he was a different person. I actually felt afraid of him.

He let go of Kendall and she ran out of the school crying.
What the hell did he just do?

Ethan turned his head and he noticed I saw everything.
"Yaz I-"
"You don't have to say anything." I stopped him.

"Yasmine Kendall's a bitch so why do you feel bad for her?" He asked me and I turned to face him.
"Because you hate it when others get abused so why are you doing it?"

He went to hold my hand and I quickly moved away from him.
Ethan looked at me for a while and gave a confused look.

"You're scared of me?" He asked and I didn't reply.

"Yaz I-I don't know what to say." He ran his fingers through his hair and sighed.
"You don't need to say anything." I finally spoke and I walked back into class.

Usually I would walk right out of the school but that would mean if I went home, I'd have to deal with my father.

ETHANS P.O.V—

"Yaz Wait!" I yelled and she was already gone.

I heard footsteps coming closer and a smile formed on my face.
"I knew you'd come back-" I turned around and I wasn't faced with Yasmine, it was Grayson.

He was standing right in front of me and I rolled my eyes, trying to follow Yasmine but he stopped me.

"Leave her Ethan, it's bad enough that you just went psycho on Kendall and now you're trying to do it with Yasmine?" He said grabbing my collar.
"I'm trying to fix it, she's all I have."

When I said that Grayson looked at me offended.
"Gee Thanks Eth."
I chuckled "yeah you too."

There was a silence for a couple of minutes and Grayson put his hand on my shoulder.
"Are you sure this is got to do with Yasmine being your distraction or is it something more?" He pursed his lips.

I raised my eyebrow "What are you talking about?" I asked.
"I mean, I think you like Yasmine and she's much more to you than her being your fuck buddy."

I gave it a thought.
Maybe I do like Yasmine....what no he's fucking crazy!

"You're being delusional." I scoffed.

I was about to go back to class but I stopped.
"Wait, how do you know that Yasmine and I had sex?" I asked and a smirk formed on Graysons face.

"I went to your car and saw an empty condom packet and Yasmine's earring was on the floor." Grayson said and he burst out laughing.
"Asshole." I mumbled under my breath and I just ignored what he said and carried on walking.

I made it back to class and everyone was packing up because it was end of lesson.

The teacher noticed me and she crossed her arms and out her glasses down on her nose to show her anger.
Now watch me get the biggest lecture EVER!

I saw Yasmine and she was talking to Allison.

"Ethan you do not run out of my class again! A detention each lesson would've taught you by now!" Mrs Summers yelled and I payed no attention at all and I just went back to my desk to get all my things.

Yasmine saw me standing next to her and she moved closer to Allison.
Wow, she really is scared of me.

"Yasmine can we talk?" I asked and she looked at Allison.

Yasmine nodded and she was about to come near to me but Allison stopped her.
"Ethan I don't think that's a good idea." She said and Yasmine looked at her confused.

"I might not know any of the bullshit that goes on but I can recognise when my best friend is hurt and I'm not letting her go with you so whatever you wanna say, you can say it in front of me." She told me and had a serious look on her face.

I sighed and nodded.
"I just wanted to say I'm sorry for what happened and I'd never do anything to hurt you." The look on my face said it all, I was really guilty and I didn't wanna be seen as another Andrew.

I didn't say anything else and I grabbed my back pack and put all my books inside.

The bell was about to go and everyone were just about to sit back down but something happened.

"HE WHAT!" Nick screamed.
Everyone's heads turned to face the back of the class.

"HOW DARE HE!" Nick yelled again whilst he was on the phone.

"Nick is everything alright?" Mrs Summers asked and Nick didn't reply, instead he stormed over to me and grabbed me by the collar.

"You Watch What happens to you!" He threatened me and I loosened from his grip whilst getting out of my seat.
"Dude What the fucks your problem?" I said fixing my jacket.

"Kendall just told me what you did! If you lay another finger on her I swear I'll-"
"You'll what?" Grayson interrupted Nick and stood face to face with him.

Nick stared at him for a moment with anger in his eyes and to be honest Grayson had more anger in his.

"You Watch, I'll make your lives a living hell!" Nick pointed at Grayson and I and he stormed out of the class before we could do anything.

There was a silence for a minute and we all looked at each other.
"Okay you guys need to tell me what's going on now!" Allison broke the silence and I sighed.

🌹AUTHORS NOTE🌹—

I hope you enjoyed this chapter. I'll give you a hint and tell you that Now Nicks gonna be a big problem in this story. The song I used today is my favourite song right now and I can't stop listening to it!

The last bit where Allison said she needs to know what's going on, I'm gonna add her into all of this as well because I feel bad for her since she's Yasmines friends.
I'm gonna add in a few more characters in the story from now as well so stay tuned for that.

I wrote on my message board yesterday that I'm gonna do a sequel to "The Girl Left Behind" because I felt bad that the story had to come to an end. I'm already working on it, I already have the description and cover page done and I have the first chapter completed. ❤️❤️

I won't release it yet because I wanna focus on this book at the moment so that book will be on hold but I'll be editing it and I WILL be updating you guys on the chapters. The book is gonna be based on the Next Generation Of Twins so stay tuned for that as well.
